Astrid P.O.V

My eyes fluttered open and I saw something, I was leaned against the Commander and he had his arm around me. He was sleeping.

I sat up and looked at him, and then, I realized. I kinda love him. I don't know how, but I just do. How can you fall in love with someone you just met?

All the others in the gang where married at least once. Ruff is married to Fishlegs and has a little girl called Inga Ingerman. Tuff is married to a woman called July and has a boy called Ari 'Noriston' Thorston. Snotlout was married to someone called Hope, but they ended quickly. Now, Snotlout just flirted with me.Disgusting. I'd been proposed to several times, but refused every offer. Snotlout asked me to marry him twice.

I took both my arms and wrapped them around the Commander, and minutes later, I fell asleep.

Commander P.O.V

Terrible terrors screeched in the trees. Morning. Sleeping Astrid had her face buried into my side and arms around me.I kinda liked it. I tried to remove myself from the seat with minimal movement. It didn't work.

"Whassatimeidontwannageddup..." she muttered, squeezing me tighter.

"It's 7 in the morning." I said looking down onto her.

When she opened her eyes and saw where she was, she squealed and jumped back. "Sorry, I didn't, I meant..."

"Don't worry" I said, pulling myself off the seat. I walked over to my satchel and flipped it open. I pulled out my map book and fully unfolded it and put it on the ground.

"Whoa." I heard behind me.

"Impressive, isn't it?"

"What is it?"

"It's the archipelagos."

"Archipelagos?"

"Yep, there is so much more that we can't see. There could be unimaginable stuff out there that no one's EVER seen before, just think." I said, pointing out the window.

I patted the floor beside me. She came and sat cross legged next to me and I ran my fingers over the map, telling her of every island I knew of.
