I hope this letter has gotten to you alright.
I write to inform you that I shall be arriving at Berk within a week. I am coming to keep a Changewing migration group from destroying your island. You may think 'oh, we can take them on!' No, you cannot.
You couldn't know. Only one Changewing migration group has EVER taken Berk as their halfway point, it was during Hamish the first's reign. You know how he died because he was killed by a Changewing? It was a Changewing Migration fight. I hope to keep them at bay whilst you all go on with your daily lives. Changewing migration groups usually stay from two to two and a half weeks. I tell you in advance, to not threaten my dragons or they will not hesitate to blast you all to smithereens.

When this letter was read out to the people of Berk, it received a lot of gasps, especially from the last part. There was quite the hustle to ready the weapons and tidy the island. There was no telling whether this 'Dragon Commander" was friend or foe.
