Commander P.O.V

"Because I have to cover my identity" I said, tugging off my night fury scale gloves.

"Ooooooh, sure, it's probably because your face is so ugly, you need to cover it. But Astrid..." He nudged Astrid with his elbow. "I am pretty handsome."

I swear, all the anger of the first 15 years of my life came bubbling inside me. He was the same as he always was. Full of himself, stupid, annoying, a show off. He and his stupid antics.

I scratched the wood of the deck with my dagger. Don't yell. Don't yell.

"Under that mask, he's probably some weirdo." Snotlout continued, raising his eyebrows at me.

I drove the dagger further into the wood. Squeezing my hand as tight as I could on the handle. I shouldn't go off at him.

Astrid P.O.V

I glanced over at the Commander. His knuckles where white on the hilt of the dagger that was driven into the wood. His eyes where angry and full of flames.

I looked at Snotlout and whispered: "Snotlout, I would stop now, I don't think-" I was cut off by Snotlout's next snarky remark.

" Like, Even now, he just looks like a twig, a talking fishbone."

Commander P.O.V

That was enough. He needed to be taught a lesson. I stood up, walked over to Snotlout. And smashed my fist into his jaw.

" Mum, dad, he hit me!" Snotlout slurred, before pasing out.

The gang gasped and tuff whispered, "Who knew that scrawny one-legged Viking had that in him?"

I looked at him with serious eyes and he shrunk back.

" He really needed that." I smiled. That 'one day' was today.
