David and Jill were walking as David was not in the mood to talk about the party. He hated what had happened and he wasn’t sure how he will handle it.
“So, what do you have to say about it?” David said to Jill.
“I just don’t want you upset at me, that is the last thing I need,” Jill replied.
“I don’t know what to really think or say about it,” David said with a hint of madness.
“We can get through it,” Jill said.
“I can’t. Not right now at least. I need to think, if we could just break for a bit that would be great,” David said as he pulled apart from walking with Jill and her trying to hold onto her.
David walked off, leaving Jill walking alone. He went back to school grounds, where he saw Maia still with Liam and the other guys.
He was very mad, he had a straight face, walking at a fast pace and went right by them without looking up or trying to spot a conversation with them. Maia noticed and left it. She looked around to see Jill on the other side of the street walking, looking around for someone.
Maia didn’t know what was happening or what to do. She decided to leave it, until they came to her. She knew they must have been in some kind of position with each other because it was not normal of them to do this. They are always together.
“Maia what do you think of me?” Liam asked as they knew David walked by. That made Maia go back to remembering she was actually with them.
“What? Well I mean, you playing with my phone were annoying but you’re pretty okay,” Maia knocked in and said with a light chuckle.
“I’m sorry, I’m done with that. Just wanted to see the reaction you had. Must I say, it was adorable,” Liam replied.
Maia blushed and took out her phone to use finally knowing he wouldn’t try to pull it out of her hands and make her catch it.
She saw a new text from her boyfriend Josh and then one from David. Maia decided to open David’s text first.
“Mai are you busy? I mean I understand but I could use a friend,” David’s text said.
She didn’t know what to do. She felt bad for him and thought that he was alone and upset from when she saw him walk by. She didn’t want to leave Liam and also it was almost the end of lunch break.
She decided to open Josh’s text now and reply to him first. She was still talking to Liam and Jordan, as they brought up the party again.
“Were so going to the next one,” Jordan said.
“Yeah totally,” Liam replied to him.
Maia replied to Josh, and then opened back up David’s. She re read the message and thought about it. She looked around to see Jill but couldn’t find her now.
