"That was a lie,"
He chuckled. Probably because I look drunk. I feel my face heating up because of the alcohol.
"Well, I remove it during surgery." He shrugged his shoulders.
"Tinanggal mo pa rin," I accused him. "It's okay. Hindi ko naman na sinusuot ang akin."
His smile faded and it turned into a serious expression. I had the urge to roll my eyes. I hate seeing his serious face, dahil parang any second ay magagalit siya at sisigawan niya ako. Nakakatakot pero gwapo.
"Why am I even talking to you?" I asked and stood up with my glass of whiskey. "You're an ex."
"Where are you going?" He asked with his brows furrowed.
He held my hand to stop me from walking away.
"I'm going to have fun!" I pulled my hand back and gave him a sharp stare. "Have fun," I gave a sarcastic smirk before walking away.
I went to find my friends. The place is now going a little wild.
"I know right? Ang daming bwisit." Umirap si Kai. "Ikaw? Nakakita ka na ng bwisit?"
"Pusit?" I asked. "Pwede tayo umorder ng pusit–"
"Bwisit! Bwisit! Puro na lang pagkain laman ng utak mo," napapailing na aniya.
"Ahhh bwisit," napatango tango ako. "Tinanong mo pa," I rolled my eyes.
As I was walking back to our table may kumalabit sa balikat ko. Paglingon ko ay nakita ko si Anjela. She was just looking at me having no reaction at all. Nanlaki naman ang mata ko.
"Oh, my god!" I reacted. Napakunot ang noo niya. "Is this where you'll make sampal of my cheeks because you saw me talking to your boyfriend earlier?" I blinked twice and gave a sweet smile.
She sighed. "Can I talk to you?" She asked.
I gasped for air. "Darling, you are already talking to me." I said sarcastically.
"Look, I'm here to–" I cut her off.
"Go on, sampal me hard na." "Oh? Sabagay. Talking to your boyfriend is not that malala as kissing someone with a girlfriend–"
"I don't have a boyfriend, ano ba?" She started to sound annoyed.
Napatigil ako dahil doon. So ibig sabihin... Asawa na niya si Miko?!
"Husband then?" I blinked twice again.
She sighed. "I'm here to apologize," hindi niya sinagot ang tanong ko.
"Wow, napilitan?" I smirked. Nang-aasar.
"I know it's probably too late–"
"Hep! Stop right there." "Mind telling me why you're apologizing?" I asked like I didn't know.
"Alam mo naman," hindi siya nakatingin sa akin.
"I don't know," I shrugged my shoulders.
If she was making a sincere apology she would acknowledge what she did.
