34 - Studying

-Y/n POV-

You followed Shinso up the stairs and to his room at the end of the hall. While your room was filled to the brim with posters, art books and collectible figurines, he had a single outdated poster that illustrated the different bass guitar scales hanging on his wall, and one figurine made from clay sitting on his desk. You also saw his bass and amp sitting in the corner of the room, and he had a bookshelf filled with books of varying sizes. He had some papers on his desk and small do-dads here and there, but those were the only things that could be considered 'clutter' in the entire space. He dropped his backpack on the floor and headed over to his desk to grab some books.

"Hey, is there a bathroom somewhere? I brought a change of clothes." You wanted to get more comfortable before you started studying.

"Yeah. When you leave this room, it's the second door on the right."

"Thanks." You adjust your backpack on your shoulder and head out. Following his instructions, you found the bathroom without any problems. When you walked in, the first thing you noticed was the color palette; It was lavender and white, and you wondered if Shinso's mom had anything to do with the decorating in there. There were also some cat-themed items on the vanity, and a similarly themed shower curtain. "So cute!"

You quickly got changed into your spare clothes; An UVERworld t-shirt and soft black skinny jeans. While your legs were muscular, they were still very thin, so skinny jeans fit like regular jeans on you. You fold up your uniform and place it in your bag before opening the door and heading back down the hall. As you approached Shinso's room, you noticed that the door was ajar. Your curiosity got the best of you and you took a brief peek inside.

At first, you didn't see anything that you hadn't already seen, but just as you reached to knock on the door, Shinso walked into your field of vision. He was in the middle of changing his shirt, and you got your first look at his body. He was still pretty thin, but the training that he's been doing with his uncle had started to create some definition in his abs and pecs. His arms also had some muscle forming on them as well. As he turned around, you saw that his back muscles were becoming defined too, and they flexed as he lifted his shirt up and pulled it over his head.

You realized that you were staring and quickly backed away, covering your mouth with your hand. Your cheeks were set ablaze when you thought about what you just saw.

You just caught Shinso shirtless... And you liked it.

-Shinso POV-

You'd just finished changing your clothes, and you heard a knock on your door. Opening it, you find L/n, who'd already changed into her set of spare clothes as well. You noticed that her face was a bit pink and you raised an eyebrow at her. "You feeling all right?"

"Hm? Yeah! Yeah, I'm good!" She swiftly brushes past you and enters your room, dropping her backpack on the ground as she does so. She then proceeds to look at everything in your room. You knew that she was an observant person, so you weren't surprised when she began picking things up and putting them back down. She went over to your bass and picked it up as well.

"Please be careful with that... I just got it fixed." You had just taken it to the shop after the volume knob stopped working, and you didn't want anything else on it to break.

"Of course!"

You trusted her enough to turn yourself away and start setting your books on the floor. As you laid your notebooks in front of you, you heard a melody coming from the bass. You turn around to find that L/n had put the strap over her shoulder and was playing some sort of riff while she was turned away from you. You raised your eyebrows. "You can play?"
