-Y/n POV-
"Y/n, your leg is bouncing again."
"Sorry." You quickly place your hands on top of your leg to prevent it from moving. You tended to bounce your leg when you were nervous, and this was one of those times. Right now, you were in Chikuchi's room and she was doing your hair and makeup to help prepare you for your date with Shinso. He still hadn't told you where he was taking you, and you only hoped that you weren't overdoing it.
You were wearing the dress and shoes that you'd bought at the mall with the girls, and Chikuchi was lightly tightening the natural waves in your hair with a curling iron. She'd already put a small amount of light eyeshadow and some mascara on your eyes – you were going for a more natural look... But she insisted that you also wear a violet-colored lip tint that she had bought to match your dress. She was doing all that she could to help you prepare, and you couldn't be more grateful for her.
"Chikuchi, I'm nervous..."
She laughed a bit. "I can tell!! Don't worry, you'll be fine!"
"But... what if things get intimate?"
"Well... you like him, don't you?"
You stuttered a bit in your response. "I-I mean, I don't know for sure..."
She let out a sigh. "Y/n, the longer you deny your feelings, the harder it's going to be for the both of you."
"But I really don't know!!"
"Uh-huh... Keep telling yourself that." You roll your eyes at her as she finishes tightening the last wave in your hair. "And... done!" She sets the curling iron down and you look at yourself in the mirror... You'd never truly felt beautiful until this moment. Your E/c eyes were emphasized slightly, and your hair framed your face perfectly. Your lips had a slight violet hue to them and they matched the dyed ends of your hair as well as your dress.
Chikuchi let out a low whistle. "Those girls were right... Shinso's not gonna be able to take his eyes off of you!" You lightly smacked her as you blushed.

*MEANWHILE...*
-Shinso POV-
"Ahh, shit..." Here you were, staring at yourself in the mirror. You'd tried on shirt after shirt from your closet, but nothing seemed to look right. You had a clean pair of black pants and some black shoes, but you were coming up empty in the shirt department. "I really should've planned ahead more..."
You found something that could possibly work, but you were still unsure if it was the right choice. You went to your mirror and snapped a picture of yourself before sending it to the 1A guys in a group message. Practically all at once, you got responses from everyone.
