73 - End

-Y/n POV-

After the performance, you stuck around to greet your 1A friends and tell them what an amazing job they did. You saw Jiro and ran up to her, engulfing her in a big hug before gushing to her about how amazing she was on stage. She was glad to see you there, and was surprised to see that you had brought some of your 1C classmates with you. Hitoshi complemented her on her bass skills, and both Chukuchi and Agoyamato hung back behind you and Hitoshi before they eventually complemented the class on their performance and apologized for showing up only to critique it. The two of them turned to run away after apologizing, but you grabbed onto the back of Chikuchi's collar before she could make her escape. "Ohhh, no you don't!!"

She looked at you, confused. "What?"

You got behind her and grabbed both of her shoulders before steering her in Bakugo's direction. Realizing what you were doing, she tried to get away, but failed to pry herself from your strong grip. Bakugo turned in your direction just as you approached, and you practically pushed Chikuchi into him before running away like a maniac. You then grabbed Hitoshi's hand and pulled the two of you behind a corner so that you could eavesdrop on them.

"Hey," Bakugo said in his usual gruff voice.

"Hi," you heard your friend reply in an unusually shy tone.

"Heh... Payback's a bitch, ain't it Chikuchi?"

"Should we really be listening in on their conversation?" Hitoshi seemed to be a little bit unsure about what you were doing.

"I just wanted to make sure that she didn't run away." You replied, turning to him. "She's been eyeing up that guy for a while now, and it's about time that they spoke like civilized humans."

You then took both of his hands in yours, leaned forward, and gave him a kiss on the cheek. You pulled away and saw his cheeks flare up for a moment before a smirk crossed his features. "You missed..."

You tilt your head in confusion. "Huh?"

Without warning, he gently takes your face in both of his hands and pulls you into another kiss. This one was deeper than the last, and you melted right into it. You let your hands move into his hair and felt his violet locks. "It's softer than I imagined..."

As you continued to kiss, you heard a female voice shout at you. "HEY!!"

You pulled apart in an instant and immediately felt your cheeks get hot. "Mina!"

The pink girl put her hands on her hips and shook her head. "Dude, seriously... I ship you two more than anything, but no making out while we're trying to clean up here!"

"Sorry!" you squeaked. Hitoshi laughed a bit, but before either of you could go anywhere, Kaminari popped up behind Mina with his guitar in hand.

"Hey, L/n! Jiro tells me you're a God on the gui- Excuse me... Goddess on the guitar!" He then kneels before you and presents the guitar to you as if it were a sword. "Oh please, Guitar Goddess... Please bless this instrument with your legendary fingers!"

You blinked in silence for a moment and then laughed out loud... The first time you met this guy, he thought you were a dude... Now, he was acting as though you were a woman to be worshipped. You eventually stop laughing and open your tear-filled eyes to find him still kneeling before you, waiting for you to take the guitar. You look behind him to see practically all of class 1A watching and waiting for you to do it.

"Wait, they seriously want to hear me play?"

You gulp. You've never performed in front of this many people before, but at the same time, you wanted to impress your friends... Not to mention, they had just performed live in front of a couple hundred people, so this was nothing in comparison. You slowly take the guitar from Kaminari and slip yourself into the strap. He then stands up, pulls a guitar pick out of his pocket and hands it to you. You take the pick in your hand and he immediately takes a few steps back to join the rest of his classmates in watchful suspense.
