Allana's Perspective
I feel like I'm being torn in two.
Like lengthwise in the middle whatever.
Harry held my hand tight.
" Hey. " he said
" What? " I said
Kris is getting prepped.
And she'll be back any minute.
I was prepped minutes ago.
" I love you. " he said
" I love you. " I breathed.
" Are you okay? " he said
I frowned.
" No! What kind of question is that? Another human being will be coming out of me in minutes! Minutes I tell you! Have you ever experienced that? " I shouted.
" Okay, I understand you are in pain. And no. I haven't. "
" I have been in numerous car accidents, and none of them match the pain I am in. " I groaned.
Harry kissed my forehead.
" I can't tell you that I understand your pain, I don't understand it, I won't ever understand it. And I think, all I could do is stand here with you, to be with you through out all of this, and of course, be with you after all of this-"
" That's all you can do! " I shouted.
Seriously, where's Kris!?
He nodded.
" As I was saying, and be with you through out. And thank you for giving me, for giving us, for giving everyone, for-"
" Get to the point dear, my patience is close to negative. "
" Thank you. For giving me, at least the greatest gift I'll ever receive from you. " he said
And then for a moment, I forgot the pain.
" I think that's the first speech I've ever listened to, coming from you. "
And Kris came in.
" Ready to push? " Kris said as she took a seat.
I nodded.
" Yes. " I said
" How about you, sir? " she said
Harry looked at Kris with his eyes wide open.
" Yes. " Harry said.
Kris smiled.
" Better get ready for one hell of a screaming fest. " she said
Harry and I nodded.
" When I say push, you push, okay? " Kris said
" Okay. " I said
I looked at Harry.
He smiled at me encouragingly.
" Push. " Kris said
" What? " I said
" Al, I said, push. "
" Now? "
" When do you think it's convinient for you? "
" Now. "
And I pushed.
And screamed.
" Are we done? " I said
