Practice I

Team Maya :
All of them are still reviewing the song.
"Which one should we perform onee?" Maya asked while reviewing the both version of the song "The Korean one or the Japanese? I kind of think that the Korean one is pretty challenging."
"I prefer the japanese version" Chaeryeong said while fidgeting her fingers "I want to learn Japanese too" then she looks at the song "But the Korean sounds good for me" then looks at them.
"It doesnt have a rap part" Dahyun said while checking the song.
Nina is still listening to the song while taking a note. "This is more like a traditional Japanese song with a touch of Korean music. I like this" Nina complimented.
Maya then looks at Hitomi "What now unnie? Are we going to sing the Japanese or the Korean?"
"The korean one but first let us have an individual singing so that we'll figure out which lines fits us"
Sana was just looking at them.
"Didn't expect Hii to be this confident. I am glad that she is taking Momo's lessons in her heart.."
"Sana-unnie. Can you sing this song first?"
Sana just smiled as Maya played the song's instrumental.

Team Mina
"So this song" Mina said while reviewing the lyric "Is composed by Nako and Sakura"
All of their co members looks at her. Nako just blushed.
"It is good and totally a bop."
"It's been a while since we sung a Japanese pop" Jeongyeon said "And i kind of like this. It has everything on it!"
Miihi was just humming the song while practicing its choreography but stops and looks at Nako "I am not doing the right thing, ain't i Unnie?"
Mina studies the song and its rhythm then saw Rio and the others.
"Rio, do pair with Ryujin."
"Ehh? What for?"
"Just do what i said" then looks at Jeongyeon "Miihi, pair with Jeongyeon and Nako" then smiles at her "Let's do it"
Nako just nods . Mina then faced everybody.
"I will submit each of your lines and Let Nako instruct you all since she know the flow and vibe of this song." Then looks at Rio "Rio, since you're one of the good dancers here, i'll let you teach the choreography"
"E-eh?" Rio flustered but Ryujin just playfully hits her "We're counting on you"
"Us too" all of them smiled at Rio.
"Alright then. Nako-onee, kindly teach me the procedure on this song's choreography"

Team Yeji
"This song does not requires any dancesteps" Yeji explained while her co members are reviewing their song "But you must learn how to convey what the song was saying by communicating with it. Have a piece of rapport with the song" then looks at them "and with everyone who's watching you"
"Yeji-unnie speaks like JYP-nim" Mayuka said.
"And this song takes a lot of power in order to manifest its vibe that will bring an overall presence and appeal"
Momo starts scratching her head "It was kind of hard to fit my voice here in this song" then looks down. "I might be the reason of our group's downfall. It wasn't that personal but" then holds her paper so tight "I just can't show NiziU that i am like this"
"Unnie" Yeji said in a concerning way.
Chaeyoung just patted her shoulders "Unnie, you know what" then smiles. "Hii-chan is working hard. It would be a disappointment if she ever saw her Mentor giving up"
"Hitomi?" Momo asked "How can you say so? She wasnt even here.. and you werent even there"
"Keep all those things that Hii-chan said to
Nina awhile ago" then holds her chest "Apply it to yourself unnie"
"Unnie!" Riku called. Momo just looks at her "JYP-san once told me that in order to be a good performer, you have to fill the holes you lack."
"And he even told us that It is okay if it wasnt as perfect as you expect it was, it will all enough" then Mayuka shrugs her shoulders "Atleast you tried" then smiles.
Mako just smiled
"I can really rely on you guys"
"See Momo-unnie? Even your kouhais are counting on you.. Fighting!" Yeji said.
Momo smiled then looks at Yeji "Let's practice!"

Team Nayeon :
Everyone is listening to the song.
"I remember this song" Tzuyu said. "It is somehow my favorite because of how soothing it is to hear and our voices here sounds like a melody"
"It doesn't have any dance" Rima said while writing something.
"What are you writing Rima?" Ayaka asked.
"An english rendition of this song" then looks at them "It is my hobby to write my own rap but since this song doesnt need any rap parts then i'll just write my own version of it"
"Can i check?" Nayeon asked. Rima gave Nayeon her transition and nods.
"I am loving the words you hear, it was too deep for a 16 year old like you"
"You're so cool Rima-san!" Ayaka said.
Lia was just looking at Ayaka.
"She looks like a very cheerful person despite on being the most quiet" Lia said.
"Lia unnie.." Yuna said.
"Yes?" Then Lia smiled "You need something?"
"I.. I.."
"Ayaka, Lia and Yuna, practice these lines while me, Rima and Tzuyu will practice the other one" then looks around "Is there anyone here who knows how to play a guitar?"
Ayaka raised her hand "I do. Uhmm can i review the songs chord for a short while?"
"Very well then"

"Your girlies are doing good" JYP said. The three of them are watching from the main studio.
"I am glad that Hitomi is more confident now"
Jihyo said while watching and observing them. "Nako is too. It seems that she is having fun on what she's doing. It was good to sea that my girlies doesnt need to teach or guide them"
Sakura just smiled "Its all thanks to you unnie"
"I do think that Hitomi and Nako's idol personality came from you Sakura" Jyp said.
"I didnt even taught her anything"
"Are you sure?"
Sakura just nodded "I am always lacking. I can always feel that i am not very befitting to be a leader.."
JYP and Jihyo were just listening "I am not responsible. I can't even keep them from criticisms.."
"Sakura, you know. There is much more about being a leader or a lead japanese member. Whoever they are now, it's all because of you. They were looking up to you" then JYP pats her head "You are the one that inspires them, that motivates them to keep moving forward"
All of them just watches the whole team til they finished practicing.

"Nina try to extend your arms a little" Hitomi said while teaching Nina to dance and sing her part. "And don't sing louder, we all have a mic and your voice is too stable for you to scream it"
Nina suddenly stops and repeat what she's doing again from the top.
"Study the song, interpret its lyrics and convey it"
"Hitomi-onee sure is a good teacher" Maya complimented.
"She sure is!" Dahyun answered "She is one of a kind! That's our Hii-chan!"
"To be honest, i was surprised" Chaeryeong said while watching them "Hitomi used to walk out when she's being too pressured and cry"
"Now look at her, she's confident and being a good senpai to Nina" Sana added "Momo taught her a lot.. and i know that .." then smiles deeply "Sakura influences her and now.. she wants to apply it on teaching Nina" then looks at them "Nina is very eager to learn. She is taking every Hii's word to the heart and apply it on her actions. Nina is a good girl"
Maya just smiled while watching them.
"Okay stop there" Hitomi said then gave her a Pocari sweat "Here"
Nina grab and drink it.
"Phew, unnie that was one rigorous dance training!"
"You know it was our easiest dance steps" then pats Nina's back "And you nailed it. Only a little push and you're going to make it!"
Nina smiled.
"Well, i'll be buying recipe for our food. Mina unnie told me to go on a grocery.."
"Hitomi-onee, can i come?" Maya asked.
"Me too senpai!"
Hitomi looks at Chaeryeong.
"Can they come unnie?"
Sana just smiled "Its a good idea. Me and the girls will be having a short vocal practice"
"Let's go!"

"Okay that's enough girls! Let's have a break!" Mina said while clapping to get their attention.
"That was kind of intense!" Jeongyeon said. "I almost got my wig snatched because of it!"
"Am i going to pull this kind of concept?" Miihi asked then looks at everyone "I lack of experience and i dont think i can make it"
Miihi suddenly panics out.
"I.. I'll only humiliate this group!"
"Miihi--"
Nako stops mina and let her talk to her. She pats Miihi's and looks at her "I was like that during our first debut. I can still remember how everyone doubted on me"
All of them listens to Nako's story.
"How can she dance? Her limbs are too short. It will look awkward.. How can she sing? Her voice is too nasal and its squeaky.. it'll be unpleasant to hear"
"Nako-onee"
"When i look at the mirror, "They were right" i thought. I am the smallest trainee that exist, my voice, how many people can it reach? Its too small.. too squeaky.. too nasal.. but i didnt give up, i saw how Sakura-onee watches me, went for my aide and embraced me. Reminding me that both of us have come this far.. that i can reach a million of peoole with my voice, i can make them watch my dance.. that i'll make my own highlight even if i'm small.. She keeps on telling me that.." Then she smiled.
"This is just a practice, no personal beef, no coaches, no trainors.. just us.."
"Onee" Miihi said "Can we practice? One last practice"
"Sure.."
"No" Mina objected. "Rest time is a rest time!"
"Onee!!" Miihi protested
"Listen to her Miihi" Nako said. "Mina-onee is very strict when it comes to Time Management"
"There's always a time for that Miihi. You should focus more on vocals than to dancing. This song has a lot of high parts.."
"Hey there!" Ryujin called.
"Hmm?" Rio simply approaches.
"You're cool. I like how you deliver your choreography, very smooth yet powerful"
Rio simply smiled "I can't believe that One of the best JYP trainees that Mako-onee used to talk about all time is complimenting me"
"Mako talks about me?"
"Well she talks about all of the trainees there. She said that all of them are good but Yeji-san and you are the best. They told me how flawless you guys are in dancing and the versatility"
"Well.. Mako is one of the best and potentially good trainees too. I was surprised actually, she lacks of experience but her dance. Its so professional"
"You're just being modest, Ryujin-san"
Mina was just watching them.

"That was cool! I can feel the vibe!" Momo cried as she stretched her arms and breathes out.
"Now then" Yeji said "Let us all rest first" then checks her phone "Mina-onee said that let's meet them on hallway"
"Is there a meeting?" Mayuka asked
"No silly" Chaeyoung replied "Since Mina-onee is in charge, she just wants to check us out and make sure that we're not over practicing.. she hates it"
"Hate is a very strong word onee" Riku said.
"Uhmm what about detest?" Yeji suggested "Like Overpracticing is what Mina-onee detesta the most"
"Detest is a strong word for hatred" Riku said. Mayuka just pinched her "Sorry for my friend here" then she keeps on pinching her then whispers "You sure have a slippery tongue don't you?"

"Okay that's enough!" Nako said then turns off the recorder. "Call that a day. Mina is calling us"
"Is there an emergency?" Ayaka asked.
"'No silly" then Yuna pinches her "It was just Onee checking us"
"Does she always do that?" Rima asked.
"Not really. She's the most quiet member not in our group but also in the whole entertainment" Nayeon answered "but making her the lead member of Jlines gains her more confidence."
"And when Mina-onee's words are absolute" Lia said "She might be the most quiet member but --"
"TEAM NAYEON, WHERE ARE YOU!?"
"Speaking of, let's go!" Then all of them runs to the hallway.
