Eunbi turns around and glanced. I was shocked and found my eyes being locked on her.. Her alone.
She slowly glanced at me then smiled, this small world of mine suddenly stops from turning as my head keeps on repeating that moment when she slowly glanced at me,
Slowly... My heart rapidly beats as she slowly walks closer to me.
"Eunbi-nee?"
"Yes wonyoung?"
Eh? Whut?
"Unnie?" Wonyoung who was just behind me asked while fixing the books. "Do you need help?" She happily suggested.
"I can handle this unnie." Wonyoung said then walks.
"Uhh unnie."
"Hii-chan!" Then she runs towards Hitomi who is carrying a pile of plastic bags. "You need help?"
"No unnie, i can do this. I need to get my bod back." Then completely walks away.
"Eunbi-nee.."
"Sakura?"
"Eunbi-nee, are you free tonight?" Then saw me standing behind her. "Oh hey Nako!" She approached.
I bitterly smiled.
Eunbi turns around and saw me. "Oh hey nako. How long have you been there?" She asked.
"Hello, i was here all the time, staring at you, begging for your attention but you gave it to someone else."
"So yeah, are you free tonight?" Sakura formally. "I am throwing a party tonight. I just won another game so i asked the girls already and they said they'll come." Then smiled and looks at my direction "What about you?" then pinched my cheeks.
"Hmm. I'm not a fond of --"
Eunbi suddenly holds my shoulders and gently pushed myself closer to her. "She'll come, right?" then winks at me.
*tug tug*
Here it is again, my eyes are stuck on her again while she's speaking inaudibly. I cannot hear what she was saying.. All i know is..
i suddenly holds her hand that was silently holding my shoulders.
I was enjoying this moment..
"Nako-chi!!" Then sakura pinched my nose.
"What? What? What!"
"I'm asking if you're coming or not?"
*sighs* "I am not really a fond of parties."
"But it's your kkura-unnie's party." Eunbi said.
"Yeah, i'll sulk if you don't come." Sakura said then pouts.
"Hmm. Okay?"
I am a fond of parties but i'm not the kind of "Party animal" person. I only do partying stuff when i'm with Kkura-unnie, Chae-unnie, Hii-chan and Wonyoung. Me and Wonyoung were just eating while watching those party people slaying the dancefloor, including them.
Now, i don't want to attend this party because i know that i'll only get myself ignored by Eunbi-unnie.
Like what she just did earlier..
Eunbi-unnie's grip tightens as she smiled "You're coming with me, right?"
My eyes suddenly widens in disbelief. "With her? Seriously? Whut? I mean.. well.."
"Nako? I'm waiting for a response. Yes? Or? Yes?"
"Or." I sarcastically answered. Sakura's face suddenly lowers down. "I'm just kidding unnie, i am coming.. with Eunbi-unnie.." then smiled.
Sakura's demeanor returned then hugs me. "Thank you Nako! I'll be expecting you there!" Then left.
"We should prepare our dress for tonight." She suggested. "Everything looks good on you. You always look beautiful."
"Hmm?"
"Uhh.. what did i say?"
"I don't know? What are you saying?"
"Nevermind. Tehehe, let's go?" I suggested.
She suddenly holds my hand and walk silently.
Her hands are soft, a sudden scent suddenly swarms on the background and it smells.. good.
I squeezed her hand while savoring that tempting scent. Geez, i need to control myself..
"Nako.."
I an definitely panicking and impulsively sweating at the moment as the girl that i like calls my name. It makes me feel whole but i somehow feel like breaking.
*gulp*
"Nako, what are you doing?" She asked.
I didn't noticed that i was kissing her hand already. Geez. I removed her hand on mine and looks away.
"Nako."
"Go away unnie.."
"Nako.."
"Stop!"
I start walking faster but she keeps on catching up.
"Can we talk?"
"Arent we talking already? Please.."
"Nako.."
I suddenly stopped and faced her with tears on my eyes.
"What now?! I can't take it anymore Unnie! I like you!"
I walked closer and faced her like i never did. We were this close, only an inch and our lips will be tied together. No what was i thinking? She was just looking at me.
"Eunbi nee, i like you.. but you keep on ignoring me.. i--i.."
Eunbi just kissed her. Nako didn't kissed her back and just keeps on crying.
After a second, Eunbi seperate her lips to mine. "Why didn't you returned it?" She asked. "I thought you like me?"
My eyes widen in disbelief as my chest goes heavier and my heart keeps on breaking to bits.
"I respect you Eunbi-nee.. Even if i want to.. But i didnt know" then i bitterly smiled. "Or for somehow, I.. didn't expect you to react like that.. to kiss me.. and ask me that question.. like.. you're taking my feelings for granted." I look behind and starts walking away. "I'd rather hear your honest rejection towards me than to disrespect you.."
"Kissing is a seal of love." She said.
"But there was no love in your eyes, only apathy towards me. "
She holds my hand and stopped me from walking away as she pushed herself closer to me but i pushed her away. "Forget about it Eunbi-nee, see you at the party." Then faked a smile and runs.
"Nako!"
Eunbi looks down. "Why did i even do that? What have i done? She respects me.. what was i thinking?" She suddenly kneeled and braced herself together.
