"Seokjin-ah lunch time!" The female echoed in the whole floor, followed by the male child answering voice.

"Yes Noona!"

"Today's menu is...." The woman said as long as she saw the child figure walking in the dining room, waiting patiently for the next. "Chicken soup."

Well he was expecting something else, something that wouldn't make his smile fade away.

"Soup?" He pouted.

"Sorry Seokjinnie, we ran out of fish and you ate pasta just yesterday." Sangmi shrugged helplessly. "I'll make you something better tomorrow okay?"

"Okay!" He smiled again and sat to the table, starting to eat already.

His brother's fiancé couldn't help but smile at his cute eating sight and started eating her soup as well.

Three years have passed, Seokjin was now eleven years old and Sangmi always took care of him and never left his side. Always feeding him good when hungry, covering him when cold, spending the night next to him when sick, carrying him when tired, playing or watching movie with him when bored, taking him outside when sad, hugging him when crying.

Seokjin was slowly getting better with time and that was making his brother and Noona happy and relieved to see everything was going on the right track.

About the couple, they yet couldn't have their marriage with Seokjung working all day long trying to get himself on feet again after losing both of his parents at such young age, to feed himself and his wife and little brother and take care of the house's needs and his brother's medical support, without forgetting his hardworking wife.

They decided not to get married until life gets better, and the fact the youngest was getting better was of a big help to the situation.

"Eat slowly Jin." Sangmi remarked but wasn't fast enough to warn before he was thrown on a fit of coughs, getting harder and harder with every single cough. His spoon fell to the floor with a loud clang and he started to wheezy gasp between his fits.

By saying he was getting better we never said he recovered.

Sangmi put everything down from her hands then got up in a rush and hurried to take the boy in her arms, knowing that what he was getting was nothing but a heart attack.

"Calm down Jin, everything is going to be fine." She kept mumbling to him, hoping he was hearing her through his unclear hearing. She rushed to his room upstairs, holding him tightly and starting to feel scared of what was coming next.

She laid him down on his bed after putting two pillows under his head in order to make him in a position that made breathing easier for him, then immediately gave him the oxygen mask to help him.

Then ran to get his medicine and injection from his medical box which was ranged in one of the room's corners, deciding to give him the injection first then let him rest and calm down before giving him the pills.
