Is Thirdy in love? Bea's thoughts

As I woke up, the first thing I did was reach for my phone. I forgot to text Thirdy last night.

Don't come here na. I have sundo.

I immediately stood up, stretched a little and started doing my morning rituals before going down for breakfast.

Mom and Dad was already there, having breakfast. Kuya joined us shortly after I was seated.

"What time is Thirdy coming to pick you up, Bei? Are you not supposed to be early dahil ihahatid nyo pa si Dani sa school?" Mom asked.

"No, AJ will pick me up."

I noticed Kuya and Dad looked at each other as I reach for the viand.

"What's up with that?" I asked.

"What about?" Kuya answered.

"Don't play dumb dumb, Kuya. I saw you look at Dad."

"Is AJ courting you, Bea?" My dad asked.

"What? No! Of course not." I don't know where these guys got that idea and I would assume those were the exact thoughts in Kuya's head. "You, guys, just stop, okay? I will tell you if he is but calm down." I assured them.

I received a text from Dani.

Kuya said he will just see you in school :(

Lols Dani, what is with the sad face?

I dunno, Kuya  said to include a sad emoji.

Weird.

After breakfast,  I prepared myself for the day. I showered, fixed myself, blow dried my hair, then I heard a knock on my door. 

"Ma'm andito na po si Sir AJ." the helper said.

"Sige Ate, pakisabi bababa na ako. Thank you."

I hurriedly collected my things and went down. I saw AJ being entertained by my Mom.

"Hey AJ, are you ready?"

"Ready when you are."

"We better get going, Mom. See you later." And I kissed her goodbye.

"Thank you po, Ma'm. Aalis na kami."

"Sige iho. Ingat kayo ha. Bea, be good." Mom reminded me.

"Oh Mom, kelan ba hindi?"

While AJ and I was on our way to school , I received a text from Thirdy.

You owe me lunch.

Who, me? Whoa, di nga ako sumabay syo I owe you lunch pa?

Kaya nga. Because hindi ka sumabay sa akin may utang ka sa akin na lunch.

Funny ka. Sige, my treat, later?

Yes!

"Bea, would you like to have lunch later?" AJ asked me.

"Oh, I can't. I will be having lunch with Thirdy." I told him.

"Ah, Thirdy. Are you related to him? He seems pretty close to your whole family."

"No, haha. He is my Kuya's best friend. We have known them since I was 4, I think."

"Oh,  that explains it, I guess." AJ's face light up. 

" What's that?" I was confused by his reaction.
