"Why did you go back to bed? Are you okay?"
"I'm fine dad. Just on my period. I wanna sleep. "
*2 minutes later*
"Come on get up from bed! Mommy said we're going on a ride! Pleaseee. "
"I don't want to. Just go without me."
*2 minutes later*
"Up up! We're going out today!"
"Then go. I'm not stopping you."
"We won't go unless you come with us."
"You can go without me. What's the problem?"
"Mom said we won't go unless you come with us.
Come on!
Up!"
"Get out of the bedroom."
*2 minutes later*
"Please please please get up. Mommy said we won't go unless you go too. And I wann go."
"Some other day I will. Just not today."
*2 minutes later*
"Why can't she go?"
"She's tired."
"Of course she is. She's fine!"
"Mommy I wanna go."
"Then go tell your sister."
"We can go without her."
"Nop. We can't."
"But I wanna go."
"Go take your little brother on a ride."
"No. I don't want just the both of us."
*2 minutes later*
"Hey. Why don't you wanna go with us? You can't stay home forever. Come on let's get out. Get some fresh air."
"But I feel sick and I'm pain. I wanna stay in my bed."
"But you always used to go to school or university even on your period."
"Because I have to."
"And you go out and on sleepovers." Sure. Now let me explain to my father how each period is different.
"That's different. And you can't punish everyone by not going out because of me. You can go out without me. What's the problem?"

Once again, I knew you would never change. Sure it's not you talking to me this time. Sure it's not you arguing with me this time. But, even while resorting to mediators instead of you, you still want to coerce me into doing what you want. You still pressure me to have your way. You still find ways to make me do whatever you want. You never changed, nor will you ever change. And that's one of the reasons why I will never trust you again.
A new phase they said, but you will still remain the same. So don't expect me to still want you back in my life like before after that.
