Chapter 12

Chaeyoung's POV

"You should eat. You'll be late." I said while placing food on Mina's plate. 

I succeeded in making her have lunch with me. 

"What? Are you just going to stare at me like that? It'll make me think that you missed me." I added when I noticed that she's just staring at me instead of eating. 

She avoided my gaze when I looked up to meet her eyes. 

"I won't eat. I need to go. I have classes to attend to." she said. 

"Your next class is at 2:00 PM. You still have 1 hour and 30 minutes to eat." I reminded her. 

I know her schedules. 

"I have something to do." she said. 

"You can do it after eating. So, go ahead and eat. You're free to go after." 

She still didn't listen. 

I sighed. 

"Mina, you really won't eat? Or do you want me to eat----" she quickly got up and looked at me frowning. 

"or what? You'll eat me?" she asked and that made me laugh. 

After realizing what she said, she began panicking. She was red all over her face. 

Cute. 

Good thing, there's only the two of us in this restaurant. 

"or I'll eat your food" I clarified. "Not you." I chuckled. "But if you want--" I got cut off again. 

"Son Chaeyoung!" she shouted but I just tilted my head to look at her. 

She's shy. 

I feel the happiest when I am with Mina.

She's the sun that lights up the path I am walking.

She was frowning when she looked at her food. 

Ah! I quickly went to ask for ketchup and went back to the table. 

"Here." I said but she just stared at the ketchup. 

I wish I was that ketchup. 

I placed a lot of ketchup on her plate and she can't hide her excitement. 

My baby ketchup. 

"You should eat too." she whispered, enough for me to hear it. 

I opened my mouth and leaned close to her. 

"You have hands." she said as she pushed my forehead gently. 

I held her hand. 

"You're hot." she said. 

I laugh again.

"I mean, you have a fever." she clarified. 

Why so cute, baby? 

I wasn't feeling well when I came to school. 

"I'm fine" I said and smiled. 

"You should go home and rest." she said and started eating. 

"You must eat first, you ordered a lot of food. I can't finish all of it." she added. 

I started eating too but I can't taste the food.
