Mina's POV

"What happened?" I asked Chaeyoung. 

It looked like she's scared or something. 

"Can I go with you?" I asked. 

I heard that she needs to go somewhere. 

It's an emergency I think. 

I'm feeling better now. 

"No.. You need rest. Damn." Chaeyoung said, still unsure of what to do. 

"Come on, I'll go with you. I'll be fine." I said and grabbed Chaeyoung outside. 

It's already late and I'm afraid to be alone in the house. 

I hailed a taxi and Chaeng told the driver our destination. 

I got worried when she said that the address is in the hospital. 

I was looking at Chaeyoung. She really looked worried. 

I wanted to hold her hand to help her calm down, but before I could do it, she put her hands on her pocket. 

When we arrived, she asked the room number of a man in the reception. 

I guess it's her father? 

As far as I know, Chaeng doesn't talk about his father. 

I only know that her parents got divorced when she was 10 years old. 

I followed Chaeyoung. 

I saw how she ran when she saw Somi. 

They hugged. 

Chaeyoung was hugging Somi, she was comforting her. 

What's this? 

I thought we came here for her father? 

What is Somi doing here? 

I just stared at them. 

"Hey." Chaeyoung called me and I stepped closer. 

"You're not hurt anywhere, right?" Chaeyoung asked. 

"Of course not! Why would I be hurt? I mean, you can hu---" I stopped what I was saying when Chaeyoung frowned. 

I thought…. 

"You have a fever a while ago.. I was asking if something hurts?" She clarified.

Okay. I thought she's asking me because they hugged in front of me. 

"I'll go inside. Want to come with me?" Chaeyoung asked.

I feel embarrassed. 

Somi is clinging unto her. It looked like Somi has been crying since since then. 

I just shook my head and excused myself to go to the cafeteria. 

I don't think I am needed inside. I also need time to calm myself.

Chaeyoung's POV

"How is he?" I asked Somi when we entered Dad's room. 

He's sleeping. 

"He was having hard time breathing, but he's okay now. I'm sorry. Did I scared you?" Somi asked and looked at me. 

She's still crying. 

"It's fine. You should get some rest. Dad will be okay."I said as I guided her unto the extra bed.
