Epilogue

"Are you kidding me?!"

She slammed her palms on the wooden table as Toni flinched in fear. A violent aspect was placed on her face. She growled in fury. "He's DEAD?! And killed by a couple of kids?! Argh... Phoenix! You fool! You lost to a damn Ravian! I didn't give you these powers just to get yourself killed! That idiot!"

"I-I'm sorry-" Toni stuttered in alarm.

"Shut up!" she hissed, smacking her hand on the table again and leaning forward into him. "Where is he now?!"

"An island about a few hundred miles from here-"

"DAMMIT PHOENIX!" she yelled, slapping a bottle of adrial from its place on the shot holder. It collided with the ground and splattered glass and liquid everywhere."I gave you ONE job and you screwed up! Kill the girl and leave! But no! You fell in love with her and tried to make her your loving minion! " She put both hands on the counter and slanted down, her dark hair falling on her shoulders. "He isn't worth my time... but what can I do... he's all I've got." She gave Toni a dirty look of disgust. "And you're too weak!"

Prodding her fingers on her forehead, she tried to relax and sigh. "Very well. Send the coordinates to the Searchers. Hook him up to the Chemist, he'll give him something to get him back up on his feet again."

"Yes, my Lady," Toni acknowledged. Inside he was grinning with glee. He walked out of the room happily.

"She will kill Valor," he said to himself, passing the weaponry hall. "But I must avenge Phoenix. If my Lady can't kill her, I swear to them, I'll kill her myself." He stared at his hand,and curled up into a fist.

"I'll become stronger!" he declared a bit too loudly, raising his fist into the air. "I'll become stronger and win! Tobi and her friends will be begging me for mercy! They'll see!"

"Toni, shut your mouth and get back to work," someone snapped coldly, glowering at him. He furrowed his eyebrows together.

"They all will," Toni muttered, heading to the Searching room.

She punched the wall, sending it to pieces. It cracked,and split down delicately. The chunks of cement lay before her and dust wafted to her as she grumbled in irritation.

"What happened, my Lady?" a servant walked in, eyeballing the collapsed wall, marble particles flooding the fresh air. He paused with his eyes widened. "Oh my-"

"Get someone to fix this," she spat out, walking quickly out of the room and shoving shoulders with him.

"Uh, yes, my La-"

"SHUT UUUP!"

She paced past the artillery room and headed towards the library. "Valor, huh?" she wondered out loud. "A Ravian? Beating Phoenix? Well, I'm not surprised... that little self-centered prick can't do anything right!" She huffed. "Since the bastard can't do it himself, I'll have to do it myself! Now matter how dirty I have to play, I will make sure she dies."

She busted into the library and scanned the shelves for any helpful books on Ravian types. Her eyes averted back and forth between all of the polished and dull books. They were all deemed useless compared to her. Ancient historical facts about magic...and she'd almost memorize them all. Finally, she snatched one in the corner and flipped the pages deliriously.

"This Ravian must be special if she was able to knock out Phoenix," she muttered with a frown. "Hmph! But I'd have no trouble ending her. It'll make him seem like he was a waste of space." Her eyes fixated on one page. "Ah... here we are." She ran her eyes along the pages, trying to gather as much information as she needed. "Funny. Hm....I thought they all died."

"Ravanna?" a voice rang in the absolute lull. She stiffened up at its tone then turned towards it, half in shock and half in oblivion. She scrunched up her face."The Chemist summons you."
