TamaDeku AU
In this AU Miro and Deku would either be cousins, Twins, or step/half siblings I haven't decided.
Tamaki and Mirio would be best friends, but Tamaki would meet Deku through Mirio
They would all be friends, but Tamaki would start having feelings for Izuku - Because of his shy and nervous nature Tamaki would try to ignore it, but his feelings would just keep growing
Eventually, he would start actively avoiding Izuku so he wouldn't have any opportunity of embarrassing himself - Both Izuku and Mirio would notice this very fast.
Izuku would be sad and think he did something to upset Tamaki - Mirio would be worried for both of them, he would be the one to end up talking to Tamaki
"Why have you been avoiding Izuku?" Mirio asked, "This isn't like you. Did he do something to upset you?"
"..." Tamaki didn't answer, he didn't want to admit his feelings because he's afraid of rejection.
Mirio sighed, "Cn you please tell me what he did to upset you? He's been beating himself up over this trying to figure out what he did so he can apologize."
"H-he didn't d-do anything.." Tamaki stuttered.
"Than why have you been avoiding-" Mirio cut himself off because of a small realization, "You like him don't you?"

Long story short Izuku and Tamaki would get together - Izuku likes to tease Tamaki and calls him 'My Shy Cinnabun'
Lots of fluff - would probably be a short fic with the ending chapters just being some sweet fluffy cuteness
