(This is a one-shot thats in my one-shot book already, but I kinda wanna use it as a full story so I'm leaving it here as well.)

Izuku didn't know why he was up so late. It was nearly 3 in the morning and yet here he was wandering the halls of UA manner.

All of the royals and nobles attending the connecting school were asleep by now, as were the servants, except for Izuku and the outdoor guards.

Creeping down the halls as silent as he could, avoiding the creaking floorboards as to not to disturb anyone. He simply wandered through the halls, no destination in mind.

Ever since he began working at UA manor he began to feel strange when looking at certain paintings, or other artworks.

Certain foods that the royal chefs would make made his head spin with a sense of nostalgia, but that was impossible. Izuku had never even heard the names of the food the chefs made for the upper-class, let alone taste it, so how would he have nostalgia for the smell?

He would also feel a strong need to go to certain parts of the manor, but he never allowed through with it. Those areas were forbidden for everyone except those who had direct royal blood.

That didn't stop the strange feeling though.

Izuku let out a quiet sigh as he kept wandering the halls. He realized that he was close to one of the forbidden halls, that feeling had pulled him here while he was in his own head.

The feeling was especially strong tonight, was it because of the full moon? He had heard that the moon had a strong effect on magic and the like, so could this feeling be related to some kind of magic?

That startled Izuku, what if he was cursed and the feeling was pulling him to an item that would send him to sleep like the tale of Sleeping Beauty?

Izuku shook his head and let out a small chuckled. He was being ridiculous. He wasn't royalty so why would anyone have the need to curse him in that way too?

Wasn't it enough that a curse is what took his parents and sibling from him?

Izuku gasped as he touched a gilded doorknob, he had ended up in his head again and had actually wandering deep into the forbidden wing of the manor. The knob was cold, and yet warm at the same time. The feeling, the need to enter this room was so strong that Izuku physically couldn't pull his hand away.

But if he entered he ran the risk of being executed.

He shouldn't even be in this wing of the small castle! If he was caught he would get a severe punishment. He knew the rule, he has never broken on since he began working here nearly a year ago, and yet here he is breaking one of the most severe ones-

"What are you doing?"

Izuku's head whipped around so fast that he was sure he was going to break his own neck. Beside him stood Lord Aizawa, the owner of UA manor and the surrounding kingdom. Of all the people to find Izuku here, it just had to be him..

Izuku's mouth opened and closed in rapid succession as he tried to scramble for an answer, pools of viridian filled with fear and panic bore into cold, tired, emotionless anthracite eyes.

Aizawa let out a sigh, "I'm not going to hurt you Akatanki." He said simply, "You've never given I nor anyone else any reason to discipline you. I'm assuming you have a reason for being in this wing of the manor, trying to open a door to a long-dead prince's room."

Izuku stared at him with wide emerald eyes, "Dead prince?" Izuku whispered out.

Aizawa shook his head and grumbled a bit about 'How the commoners should be allowed to learn', "This castle wasn't always owned by my family." He said, "Three generations ago it was owned by a family known as the Midoriyas. They were lovely people, a kind and caring king and queen, but they were killed by an evil sorcerer who cursed them and their only child. All of them died on the same night."

"My family was second in command to them, and as such, we took over the kingdom in the time of panic." Aizawa explained, "The prince.. No one knew much about him. Every painting of him was burned and his name has been lost to time. Some say its Hoshi, others Ryu, and even fewer Itsuko."

Izuku felt like none of those names were right. He didn't know why he just did, "Yamikumo.." he muttered out, as that named crossed his mind, what did that mean?

Aizawa was about to ask him what he said when the door clicked open, shocking the both of them, "That door.. No one had been able to enter it since the Midoriyas died." He said sending a look to Izuku, "You came here for a reason, go on."

Izuku gulped, but pushed the large gilded mahogany door open the rest of the way. What greeted them was certainly the long-abandoned room of a prince.

Izuku's eyes were immediately drawn to the large grand piano in the corner. He began to walk towards it as if in a trance. Izuku had never learned to play the piano before, but he had a melody sounding through his head, fingers twitching to play.

Aizawa's eyes were immediately on the large painting above the old bed in the room. The prince, looked almost identical to Akatani.

Aizawa turned towards him and was about to speak, but stopped. Izuku and the piano in the corner both had a soft, swirling blue-green glow around them.

This was magic, but everyone knew that Akatnai was unable to wield magic, so what was this?

"Reincarnation magic.." Aizawa muttered in a breathless tone. He watched as Izuku sat down and began to play a song, that the kingdom hadn't heard in three generations.

Aizawa watched as Akatani began to play. It was beautiful and eerie all at once, this was the sound of magic in its purest form.

Izuku swayed with the music as his fingers pressed each key, he had no idea how e was doing this, but it just felt so right.

The sound of the piano echoed throughout the palace, waking every occupant with its sound, many knew what the song was, but had never heard it played.

Izuku in his trance of playing didn't notice the glow around him shift into the illusion of a crown and princely attire upon his frame, but Aizawa did.

Akatani was the long-dead Midoriya prince given a second chance at life. He is the rightful ruler of this kingdom.

And Aizawa will make sure he gets to fulfill his unknown birthright.
