Irina Jelavić (Aka Bitch Sensei) is Midnight's sister.
Midnight maybe a hero, but even heroes have to learn some assassination techniques, especially if they are underground heroes.
Midnight is also Izuku's Mom in this (His other mom is Joke because JokeNight is top tear ship)
Izuku being both the kid of two pro heroes and the nephew of an assassin knows the inter-workings of the underground and ho assassins operate like the back of his hand.
Combine that with his intelligence and analysis skills and you have someone to be feared.
So when E class starts getting a little too out of control Irina calls her sister to ask if Izuku could transfer to E-Class at Kunugigaoka for the rest of the year. Midnight is a little wary, not because she's afraid that Izuku can't handle him self, no her baby is a bad ass and he fucking knows it too, its the fact that Izuku wants to be a hero, not an assassin.
Izuku makes the final decision to go anyway.

Ok so we can all agree that Izuku looks like a girl, right? Like not to Nagisa's level, but still. Well instead of beingembarassed by it/not liking it like Nagisa, Izuku rocks that shit. He will just show up in skirts and shit just because he can. So he is probably going to give Nagisa a big confidence boost.
Izuku is also going to but heads with Karma. A lot. He grew up with Bakugou & Hitoshi, for christs sake, he knows how to handle a sadist or two. (Also just gonna point out that the name Kacchan works for Karma and Katsuki. So Kachan with one C will be Karma, Kacchan with two Cs will be Katsuki. If that gets to confusing I'll switch to Izuku calling Akatsuki Bakagou)
