The gist of the plot is:
Izuku is obsessed with Katsuki. He'll do anything to get his attention, even if it means he's getting hurt by him. It's a sick and twisted form of love, a very unhealthy one.
The sludge villain incident never happens and Izuku stays quirkless. Because of this he doesn't get into UA's heroics course, hes on gen ed. He is very upset that he doesn't get to see Katsuki as much anymore, and becomes even more upset when Katsuki gets friends.
Izuku desperately wants Katsuki's attention, but no matter what he tries he gets ignored or avoided.
So he does the one thing that will get Katsuki's attention, become a villain.
The best villain, Katsuki is going to be the best hero, so Izuku needs to be the best villain for him.

Izuku is going to be "stand alone". He is going to be part of the league for a while as well as the Yakuza, but that's only because hes using them for his own personal gain.
...
After observing the process done to Eri to make the quirk erasure bullets he takes blood from other people, as a way to see If he can replicate the quirks of, or the effects of the quirks, that hes made ik nto bullets.
