("Quirkless") Izuku snaps after years of bullying.
He and his class are on a trip to an arts park. Izuku keeps getting shoved and pushed around and insulted.
He eventually starts gripping his hair and pulling before he screams. As he does so he begins to glow and float, while simultaneously ripping sculptures, trees, everything out of the ground and making it float before it starts swirling in a chaotic storm.
The teacher and his classmates escape and Erasureand is sent in to handle the situation.
He gets close enough and uses his quirk on Izuku, causing him to fall unconscious.
He catches him as he falls before heading over to the teacher, a darkened look on his face.

"That wasn't some random quirk going rogue. That was a quirk activation, a strong one at that." Aizawa stated, glaring at the adult in charge, "Kids his age don't develop quirks unless they are firce activated! What the fuck have you all been doing to this kid to make him develop a quirk out of nowhere!"

He leaves before they can respond and hands Izuku off to the ambulance so they can take him to the hospital.
He checks in on Izuku every day after school to see when he wakes up. So he can talk to him.

Basically Aizawa end up adopting Izuku in this (along with Eri, but he has her already. Izuku is a second tear in this, as is everyone else) and helps him learn to use his quirk.
