In this AU there are still hero schools, but Heroes can choose a student to directly make their apprentice/successor. Multiple heroes can be mentors to the same student if those heroes agree upon it. Heroes can have up to 3 students at a time.

Aizawa & Joke are mentoring Shinsou

Mic is mentoring Jiro (I kinda wanna give him a second student to mentor so I might give him an OC as a student. I would give him Koda, but I don't think he would go for being mentored by Mic even if he does want to be a hero.

Tensei is of course mentoring Tenya, I might also give Iida another mentor. Maybe another one of his family members, maybe another speed based hero.

Midnight & Miruko (& by unofficial exstention the midnightboys) are mentouring Izuku. I'm still trying to figure out the full effect of his quirk, but he does have a rabbit mutation that is purely genetic. Instead of him being like Miruko though, he is a more domesticated form of rabbit (I'm either going to give him lop ears or one up and one bent).

All Might & Nighteye are mentouring Mirio

Endevwhore is mentouring Shoto (against his will) & is trying to mentour Bakugou as well, but he will only let All Might mentour him.

Fat Gum is mentouring Amajiki, Ejiro, and Momo (Momo might also join Izuku as one of Midnight's students)

Izuku was originally found by Miruko. She had come across him being harassed by some old pervy guy and was going to step in, but Izuku kicked his ass before she could interview. Immidiatly after she was like "Yep, this is my kid now."

Izuku at first was like wtf, then he got excited. Miruko at first didn't know that Izuku's bunny features wasn't  his quirk, she just assumed he had a mutation quirk like her, but he didn't. 

When she found out about that she had contacted Midnight and her sidekicks to help her train a student, because of his quirk.
