Child of Gods

To the person that suggested Izuku be the child of Eros×Atë (primordial god of love/a child of Aphrodite [depends on the story you're going with] and The goddess of misfortune) I fucking loved that idea, but I accidentally deleted the comment when I was trying to reply to it.

If that was you who suggested plz comment so I can thank you for that glorious idea. I love the thought of Izuku being the child of 'Misfortunate Love' for this fic.

For this fic we are going to go with the Eros is Aphrodite's son Mythology.

(Also this is going to be inaccurate to a lot of Mythology, I'm not trying to be accurate, I'm just writing the story because I like the idea - don't come at me with 'Its not accurate!' Because I've seen it happen to other authors and if it happens here I'm deleting your comments)

So pretty much in this AU Eros and Atë had a fling (as most of the Greek gods tend to do). Atë ended up becoming pregnant with Ero's child, Aphrodite is not a fan of this happening and bans Eros from seeing his kid.

That leaves Atë by herself for awhile, but eventually a few gods/goddesses come to aid her (Hecate, Apollo, Artemis, Athena, and Hermes)

In this AU Atë and Hecate are gonna be bestfriends. Athena is going to be rather close to the two of them as well, and because Apollo & Artemis are Athena's siblings and I feel they would be pretty close, they tag along sometimes as well. Hermes was asked by Eros to keep an eye on his kid, he wants to be apart of his kids life but can't because of Aphrodite.

When Izuku is named (born) he is immediately granted a God title.

The God of Misfortuneate Love and Heartbreak.

Eventhough he has a God title he still isn't a fully fledged god, because hes a baby, he's also not immortal yet because he hasn't had ambrosia.

To keep him safe from Aphrodite, because she will try to kill him, Atë sends Izuku to the human world, he ends up with a Demigod that acts as his guardian (Who should Izuku's guardian be? I didn't really wanna go with Aizawa because I've seen a couple other fics have him as the guardian, so I don't really wanna go for that)
