Cry Baby

(This AU was inspired by me listening to the songs 'Wolf in Sheep's Clothing' By Set It Off & 'Cry Baby' By Melanie Martinez literally one after the other)

Oh? What's this? 

A pastel goth villain Izuku AU?

During Middle School, The bullying against Izuku went too far. He ended up developing a trauma-induced quirk.

Izuku's Quirk: Overflow - The user is able to forcefully pull tears and sweat from their victim's eyes and pores, they can also control any water in the nearby vicinity regardless of its salt levels.

Downside: When the quirk is used the user will constantly cry. The user obviously needs to intake lots of water otherwise they will dehydrate and that could lead to death.

The first time Izuku used his quirk was on a guy who attempted to rape him. He ended up drowning him, but when he did he wasn't horrified like he thought he'd be, it was the opposite actually. He laughed while drowning his victim, he enjoyed watching the guy struggle and slowly die as water filled his lungs.

The police find the guy's body and everyone panics because there is a new villain on the loose and its in their neighborhood. Izuku gets away with the kill, because the police don't even question him, he's quirkless and this was a quirk caused death.

Just to be clear Izuku is kinda like stain. He goes after other villain's and criminals only. He also leaves evidence for every kill he makes, thus justifying him in a way.

The public is conflicted over the new villain dubed 'Cry Baby' as stated from the notes heleaves the police. One one hand he kills people, which is bad, very very bad, but on the other he only goes after people who 'deserve it', and he provides evidence for every kill he makes.

Nezu is trying to get a special course added to UA's roster - A class that trains assassins or 'Legalized Villains' as some have taken to calling them.

The LOV want Cry Baby on their side.

Izuku & Stain have a kind of weird relationship, hey don't talk, they just stay out of eachother's ways and if they see each other they nod in acknowledgment.

Possible Villain Shinsou? Anti-Hero Shinsou? Dark Vigilante Shinsou?

(I love this AU idea but I also need some more ideas for this)
