Alright, so I've been in the mood to work on the 'Class 1-Sea' idea so that's what I've been doing while I've been sick.
I need some help though. I need quirks for the students that are going to be in 1-C, all of them have to be aquatic or amphibious in nature, though. The quirk itself doesn't have to be that way, they could just have a minor mutation (think Tokoyami's bird head) that gives them gills, webbed fingers and toes, or something like that.
