Izuku is Midnight's kid, but he actually has two quirks due to a freak mutation within his genes.
Izuku's first quirk: Enchanter - The more skin Izuku shows the more entranced people become by him. Just like his mother's quirk, it works better on the opposite sex. (The entrancement isn't necessarily a sexual-based ting its more of a quirk that makes it so people want to look at and talk to him)
Izuku's second Quirk: Elemental - If Izuku touches an 'element' (Ie, earth, water, ice, air, fire, etc.) He can use this quirk and turn it into a companion. These companions are always able to fit in the palm of his hand.

Izuku maybe Midnight's child, but he is still very shy about one of his quirks, so he tends to only use the one. He always has one of his elementals on him at all times, kind of as a security blanket kind of thing.
Kayama tries to get her kid to be more confident in himself, but he definitely inherited his father's shyness (Who is Izuku's Dad in this AU? IDK yet, I'll figure it out)
Izuku always wears clothes that cover as much skin as possible, long sleeves, hoddies, long pants, gloves, a mask (wear your masks!!), etc. Its honestly really over the top and ridiculous.
When Izuku goes to UA Momo and him are going to be very good friends (Maybe ship? Either way I knda wanna gender-bend Momo in this AU, but I probably wont) They're just going to hype each other up all the time, just constantly complimenting each other to boost the other's confidence.
Momo is gonna convince Izuku to come to school in normal summer clothes on a free day one day and everyone is just gonna lose their shit (Kami is defo gonna hit on him, probably a few others as well)
Izuku's hero costume is going to go from "I just like looking like theirs a fucking blizzard in the middle of summer" to "Hot Witch" Thats Momo's doing. Izuku just shoved the costume form in her/his hands and was like "I'm to embarrassed to come up with something myself so please make one for me?" Momo just fucking goes for it.
Is this pastel goth Izuku? I think yes, but it focuses more on the darker colors rather than the pastels
