Izuku lives on a farm with his Dad and his two sisters, Itsumo and Itsuko.
He is quirkless, but it doesn't effect him to much because of the small town they live in. (I'm lowering the quirkless rate from 20% to 5%, it's a big jump, but I felt like it)
Koji is Izuku's childhood friend. They both had a love of animals, Koji because of his quirk and Izuku because he raises animals that he enrolls in competitions.
But unlike most peopl Izuku raises quirks animals. It started out as an accident when he was given his first egg to hatch.
It was given to him by his Dad and it was supposed to be a normal chick, but that's not what happened.
When the egg hatched they were all expecting it to hatch normally, but for it to explode, but that's exactly what happened.
Safe to say everyone panicked when it happened, but it turned out it was because of the chicks quirk activating slightly before it hatched. (The chick was fine)
They called in a vet and it was confirmed the chick had a quirk-
Quirk: Phoenix - The user can burst into flames and turn to ash to heal themself similarly to a mythological Phoenix.

Izuku was obsessed with quirks before, but this was another level. He adores Pyre. He and the chick, turned rooster are never seen without each other.
It was about a year after Pyre hatched when Izuku found out that quirked animals has an entire sect of competitions all to themselves.
Safe to say he enrolled Pyre into the next available one.
They came in third out of 37 competitors, a surprising feat for a first timer and an animal that wasn't breed or groomed for competition.

Leave suggestions and ideas for this, I wanna see what you guys think.
I do plan on giving Izuku a bunch of animals and eventually having him visit UA by the request of Koji (& possibly Nezu)
