Singer Izuku & Hitoshi

In this AU Izuku becomes a singer/musician that mainly focuses on pop songs and songs that make people feel good. He is known as "SunShine".

Hitoshi is also a singer/musician, but he is your classic Alternative Rock/ Emo boi. He is known as "NightLife".

They entered the music scene abou 6 months apart from each other, and at first there wasn't much crossover between their fandoms. But a few that did listen to both their music immediately began shipping the two. There ship name was up for debate for a long time, people called them; NightShine, SunLife, and ShineLife the most.

Izuku and Hitoshi didn't know of each other until the fan letters mentioning the ship, or duets and cameos started appearing.

Izuku was the first to listen to 'NightLife's' music and he was very into it. Most people wouldn't expect Izuku to be into that kind of music, but he likes what he likes.

Hitoshi listened to some of 'SunShine's' music soon after. He can't deny that his stuff is pretty good, and he thinks SunShine is pretty cute.

Eventually Izuku gets his manager to contact NightLife's manager to get permission to cover a song.

And that's when the fans lose their minds.

Instead of Izuku covering a song NighLife let's him sing one that hasn't come out.

Izuku does the entire first performance of it in full Alt. Clothing (Pastel goth because I'm a sucker) and in NighLife's Alt. Rock style. The performance was called 'SunShine Goes Dark' by fans after it happened.

Shinsou reached out and decided to ask for a song so ghe could do something similar in return. His event was called 'Light Up NightLife'.

Their small back and forth only fuled the shipping. Even though the two haven had a single conversation, nor seen each other in person.

The first time they meet its actually by complete accident. As it turns out Izuku's bestfriend, Mina, and Hitoshi's bestfriend, Jirou, go to UA to gether.

They both get invited to a get together their class is having and meet by complete 'accident' (Those two set it up after Shinsou gushed about how adorable Izuku was. It only got worse after the 'SunShine Goes Dark' event) Izuku has never seen NightLife's face because he always has the lower half cover.
