I've seen plenty of fics where Izuku gets affected by one and ends up with a kid and the other parent is whoever he was in love with.

But I am here to suggest to you-

An AU where Izuku has a child creation quirk.

He won't get his quirk at four, that would be weird (Not that this isn't kinda weird already but that's not the point) He would get this quirk at the end of puberty so about 15-16.

He would either be in his last year in middle school or about to go into his first year of high school.

Now, Izuku is going to be in UA - He wasn't thought to be quirkless at least not entirely. About 15% of the population has quirks that awaken later in life.

So this entire time he was training even if he didn't have a quirk.

And now for the fun bit:

Izuku would be in class doing some one-on-one battle training - He would be going up against Aizawa because they are pretty evenly matched with the whole "quirkless" thing going on.

Izuku would end up nearly falling off the piler they were fighting on and Aizawa was close enough to grab him without his capture gear.

After the two made contact and Izuku got pulled back onto the piler they heard crying, and right there next to them looked to be a baby about the age of two (Izuku can make kids appear from any age ranging from 0-5). This baby looked like a mix of Mic and Aizawa.

Everyone was just looking at this like 'What in the hell just happened??' and Izuku just says,

"Huh. So that's what my quirk is."

He just says it so nonchalantly and pulls out his notebook to start writing about his quirk.

Aizawa would just grab the baby and go to RG and Nezu about this, meanwhile, 1-A is freaking out because they all though Izuku was quirkless because of Baku

"I never said I was quirkless. All I said was that I didn't have a quirk." Izuku said, "Thats not the same thing."
