CHAPTER 37 - Why

Maze's POV

Everyday, Kian never fails to surprise me.

Lagi niya akong hinahatid sundo. Everytime na matatapos o magstastart ang classes ko, he's always there. He even dared to miss one of his class just to fetch me. I keep on insisting na he doesn't have to do this, but no one can change his mind daw eh. He wants to do this kaya hinayaan ko nalang siya. As if naman kaya kong baguhin ang mind niya.

Now, I'm about to go downstairs. By the way, nandito pa ako sa bahay. Kian texted me na he's downstairs na daw waiting for me.

Sila Jiyo at Lui, umalis na. Hindi naman daw ako sasabay sa kanila kaya umalis sila earlier. And I'm fond of being late remember?

"Good morning, love." Kian greeted me with a warm charming smile.

"Morgan," I greeted back.

"Hot chocolate drink for you." Hmmm, smells good.

"Gracias," I thanked him.

He offered his hand to me. "Let's go my love?" Kian

He opened the door of his car for me. Sumakay naman ako syempre. Such a gentleman. Imagine, we are always like this all day. Well, I won't get tired of this.

So we arrived na sa school.

All eyes are on us. Luckily, they didn't judge us. Ship pa nga daw nila kaming dalawa ni Kian eh. Glad to hear that.

Take note, hindi ko pa siya sinasagot ha. How much if I agree to be his girlfriend again? The thought of it gives me goosebumps. It'll happen soon.

~After classes~

Paglabas ko ng room, I saw Kian standing while leaning on the wall with his hands in his pocket. He looks so cool and utterly handsome.

When he saw me, he immediately went to me and smiled brightly. He kissed my forehead first then kinuha niya ang bag ko at umalis na kami to go to his car.

Kian started driving. Nag jamming lang kami all the way. I'm actually a bit sad na nandito na kami sa bahay.

"Wait, love."

"No its okay." Pinigilan ko siya. "I can open the door by myself naman eh." I said.

"No. Ako na" Kian smiled sweetly at me.

"Ako na" I insisted. Tumawa naman siya.

"You're so stubborn love. Ako na sabi"

"You're so stubborn too. Ako na sabi." Mas tumawa siya ngayon. What's so funny?

"Hindi. Ako na. Ayokong mapagod ka. Ang dali lang naman yan eh."

"See, ang dali lang diba? Besides, hindi naman ako mapapagod just by opening the door for me to get out." I said, raising my eyebrows.

"Ahh, ganun ha. Sige, dito ka nalang kaya? Pinakaayoko pa naman ang uwian kasi pagkabukasan pa kita ulit makikita. Kung pwede lang, hindi na kita iuuwi."

"Kian! You're so corny!" Pinalo ko yung braso niya kaya he laughed so hard. He's teasing me again! "Fine! Ikaw na magbukas!"

"Good girl" Kian said while patting my head.

He went out of the car and opened the door for me. Lumabas naman ako agad.

"Thank you. Ingat ka sa pagdrive" I smiled.
