It's the tenth of February where things went the way they shouldn't be. I was having a coffee at a nearby coffee shop when a trembling Myca called me.

"A-Adi," I heard her sob from the background that made me worried.

For a moment my heat beats faster for an unknown reason and even though the coffee shop inside is air conditioned I can feel the cold air brushed into my face, it was like the cold air hugged me tightly.

"Myca? What happened?" I asked as I stood up to pay for my bill.

The cashier smiled at me before she gave me my change. I smiled at her before I walk out of the coffee shop. It's sunny outside but I have the same feeling I had inside, I felt cold.

I looked at my wrist watch and I saw that it was three in the afternoon.

"Myca?" I called out again.

I heard Daniel in the background calming her, her cry made me even more worried and concern.

"Daniel? What is happening?" I asked even though I don't know if Daniel did hear that, it was like her phone fell in the floor.

An old woman suddenly bumped me that caused my things to fell into the floor. I bow to get my things that fell unto the floor. The old woman looked at me like she saw something in me that's unbelievable.

"Okay lang po ba kayo?" I asked.

"May boyfriend ka ba hija?" She asked that made me nod.

"Opo-"

"Wala na siya..." her voice gave me chills but I didn't her what she had just said because of the cold air that suddenly blew at dumagdag pa ang sunod-sunod na pagbusina ng mga sasakyan.

"Po?"

"M-Mauna na ako hija, mag-ingat ka." Agad niyang paalam kaya nagtataka ko naman siyang tiningnan hanggang sa unti-unti na siyang nawala sa paningin ko.

Hindi ko alam kung ano ang nangyari sa akin pero nakaramdam ako ng kaba kahit wala namang dahilan, maybe I'm just tired.

"Miss? Okay ka lang?" I jumped a bit when someone tapped my shoulder.

I smiled at the lady who's holding her child. Ngayon ko lang napansin na nakatayo ako sa gitna ng dadaanan nila.

"Y-Yes, I'm fine," I said.

I didn't know that I stared at the old woman for a few seconds.

I tried calling Myca again but she's not answering her phone. Ang alam ko ay pupunta ako sa kanila because it's Roberts birthday.

I was about to open my car when I noticed an envelope attached in the windshield of my car. Out of curiosity I got it and opened it.

Para naman akong binuhusan ng malamig na tubig ng makita ko ang pamilyar na sulat kamay doon.

Nanginginig kong binuksan ang papel ng may pag-aalangan. I have been receiving the same exact envelopes for the past few months. I have told this to the police and they said they did everything they can to track this paper down but I know that this came from Carissa.

I stared at the words written in the paper.

He'll leave you.

I immediately crumpled the paper and throw it in the trash can that I saw. The death threats we've been receiving from then and now from Carissa feels so ordinary for all of us but this one gave me— an impact.

I don't know why but I started trembling for no reason. I hold my phone tightly while typing Davinson's number.

First call, he's not answering. Second, third, fourth and fifth, he's still not answering.
