Chapter 2 Page 2 (Rewritten)

Third Person POV

Thana locks eyes with Cal as soon as the boys round the corner. Neither of them looks away from each other. In fact, it seems as though they are both in a trance of some sort. Thana's heart begins to beat fast as she sees his eyes. And unknown to her, Cal's heart does the same. But they get knocked out of their trance from Ricarro yelling at Nad. Thana blinks a few times and sees Xylo smirking at her. Thana quickly sticks her tongue out at her brother. Xylo smiles a little and shakes his head at his little sister. A little gland to see another side of her. Even if it is brief.

Thana begins to zone out as all the boys argue with Nad. She stares at the dagger she has. Glancing up at Cal every so often. It isn't until Nad speaks to her does she zone back into everything. "Thana what do you think of all this?" Nad asks her. "I wouldn't mind going to Niflheim. Seems like I could fight something if I go. So yeah I want to go." Thana tells him. Nad throws his head back and groans. "Here let's do this." Thana says as she gets up and walks to stand by Nad.

Thana looks up at Nad with a glare. Now hating her height even more. "Damn it. Nad come with me. You're too damn tall." Thana says as she walks away. "HA! She's Small!" Davis says laughing. Thana turns and glares at him through her mask. "I will beat you up Davis." Thana tells Davis. Davis looks a little scared and says yes ma'am. All the boys chuckle and Nad follows Thana. Thana tells Nad her plan once they are both out of ear shot of everyone. Nad agrees with her about what she had to say.

"But we will be going after Mjölnir! You do realize that!?" Nad asks. "Yeah i know that. And the only people that will be able to pick it up are you, maybe Xylo, and maybe Ricarro. And you could get on your uncles good side if you get his hammer and give it back to him." Thana tells Nad. He nods his head and sighs. "Fine." He says. They both walk back to everyone and Thana stands next to Xylo. "Ok, We will go if... Davis says the name of the place correctly." Nad says looking at Davis.

All the boys begin to hype Davis up. Telling him that he can do it. "Niflheim." Davis says with no emotion in his voice. All the boys begin to cheer. Thana rolls her eyes. Xylo and Nad tell them all that the place is very cold. And that we should all get jackets or coats. Everyone breaks off but Thana stays by the stand to wait for everyone. Cal stays behind with her and he waits till everyone leaves. After everyone is gone Cal walks up to Thana. "So uh.. About the other day." Cal begins. Thana looks at him. "Yeah? What about it?" Thana asks.

"Well um.." Cal pauses to think of what to say. Thana looks at him. Hoping he isn't going to say what she thinks he is going to say. "Can we uh... Just pretend none of that happened?" Cal asks her. Unknown to Cal, Thana's eyes fill with sadness. And she feels as though her heart breaks. "....Yeah, that would be best. You better go get ready for the adventure." Thana tells Cal as she gets up and walks out of the Egyptian pantheon area. Unknown to Thana, Cal feels his heart break just like hers. Cal watches as Thana leaves.

Cal felt as though he should run after her. And tell her that he doesn't want to forget that day. But... he doesn't. Instead he walks back to his room. And Thana walks to her cabin. But before she walks into her cabin she stops and looks over to Xylos cabin. She bites her lip before deciding she should ask him for advice. She takes a deep breath and walks to her brother's cabin. She raises her hand and knocks on his door. Thana waits a few seconds before Xylo opens the door.

"Hey whats up?" Xylo asks his sister. Thana looks at him in his purple long coat. "I'm going to ignore your coat. But uh can we talk? I need advice." Thana tells Xylo. "Um ok, we should go to your cabinn ten. My roommate is in here sleeping." Xylo tells Thana. She nods her head and leads Xylo to her cabin. Thana opens her door and lets her brother in. Once they are both inside she closes the door. "So talk to me? What up?" Xylo asks. Thana begins to pace the cabin as Xylo walks her.

"Thana talk to me." Xylo says. She stops pacing and grips her shirt where her heart is. "What is wrong with me? Why does it hurt?" Thana asks with pain in her voice. "What do you mean? What hurts?" Xylo asks his sister. He looks very worried because he has never heard his sister sound like this. "My heart, what the hell is wrong with me." Thana says. "When did it start to hurt?" Xylo asks, getting more worried. "Well it started to hurt after me and Cal talked. So like ten or so minutes ago." Thana tells Xylo.

"What did you and Cal talk about?" Xylo asks. "Well after everyone left he seemed as though he was worried or nervous. And he told me that.... We should just forget about what happened between the two of us the other day. And when he said that my heart..... It began to hurt. And my eyes began to burn." Thana tells her big brother. Xylo pauses and looks at Thana with sadness in his eyes. And a little bit of anger. "Will you take off your mask?" Xylo asks. Thana nods and takes off her mask.
