Here's a list of things you can do to help yourself if you need it:
-Play some quizzes on freerice.com. Answering questions correctly will donate rice to end world hunger. -Look up your state or country's mental health hotline and write it down. You never know if you or a loved one will need it in the future. -Listen to your favorite band or take the time to listen to that new album or band you've been putting off. Same thing applies to books, TV shows, movies, and video games. -Recommended relaxing music: Abzu OST, Journey OST, Stardew Valley OST, "Weightless" by Marconi Union -Look up Vine or Tiktok or asdfmovie compilations on YouTube and make a "OCs as Vines" or "Favorite characters as Vines." It's very very time-consuming, and very distracting XD
I hope these help. There a lot of other, healthy ways to find distraction as well. Feel free to take some time for yourself, while also making sure your responsibilities and your health are taken care of. Stay safe out there!
