Jungkook raised a finger along his left cheek, brushing over the small depression carved on his honey skin. He was standing near the beverage counter, the place where hoseok left him a while ago. In short, he was standing alone.

His eyes roamed all over the hall, at every smiling faces. All of them having someone to talk with, laugh with. It seemed exciting. It was indeed exciting.

All he knew in this space was Hoseok and Ami who were fairly occupied with attending the guests. He would stupidly smile at any guest who would make an eye contact with him. It was a usual practice.

Then cautiously, he stopped smiling when a man openly glared at him. Maybe because he was smiling at the women whom the man held close to his chest like she's his wife and that very women was the first to grin at him. He just happened to reciprocate it with a kind smile.

Some people are honestly weird. He looked down at his drink, he chose apple juice as it served the purpose of looking like a alcoholic drink in the fancy glass he's holding. He was strictly restricted to not drink alcohol by the doctor who's holding this housewarming party.

He shifted his cap and painted a straight expression on his face, moving his eyes around and then fleetingly meeting the stare--no, somewhat glare--of the man. Again.

He quickly looked away with a frown, eyes shaking. That man has been staring at him for a while now. He was the one who pulled back the man who started crying out of nowhere.

It was like his eyes were accusing him of making that man cry. But he didn't make anyone cry. He only attempted to give back the bouquet which fell from his hands, and not to mention he was the one who stumbled to him.

He warily glanced at the lily flowers abandoned on the counter. He never really gave a thought of those flowers until now. They weren't the most beautiful among flowers yet indeed it held a serenity. A uniqueness.

He pulled his gaze back and focused on why was he being watched such rudely. His eyes suddenly widened, what if...

He whipped his head towards the direction where the strange man was glaring at him creepily a second ago. And there was suddenly no one. He darted his eyes everywhere around in a search, but that man suddenly disappeared.

Weird. He shrugged his shoulders and sipped his juice impatiently.

Yoongi stepped into the room and it was the same sight as he left a couple of minutes ago. Taehyung's sobs didn't lessen a bit. Jimin was holding him, mumbling everything to console him.

"It's him... It's him chim--" Taehyung's throat pained of how long he have been crying. He even forgot the day when he last cried such hysterically.

Jimin's eyes flit toward his husband, a unsure question floating in his orbs. He hadn't seen jungkook, just heard taehyung mumbling it for a while now.

Yoongi gave him a single nod and jimin's eyes grew wide in disbelief and shock. Yoongi blinked, almost feeling his eyes getting teary.

As jimin pulled away from the embrace, yoongi made his way closer to taehyung and knelt before the edge of the bed.

Taehyung whimpered at his sight, "hyung...it was him, right? It was hi--"

"It's him" Yoongi blurted out clearly, relieving a breath from taehyung.

The silence was the time taehyung took to steady his breaths. He wiped his face and smiled, "I knew... I knew it was him"

"I knew he was alright... I kne--" Taehyung's incoherent mumbles got distant to yoongi as he focused on bringing his mind on composure.
