The bounty part 2

Peter heard his team whisper among themselves in confusion and panic, MJ was the first to speak up.

"Peter why the HELL do you have a bounty on your head and what does Adrian Toomes want with you?!"

Peter froze, how was he supposed to explain this? He can't just tell them he's Spider-Man. The man leaned towards Peter and whispered into his ear so only Peter could here.

"Ah, so they don't know, huh spidey?"

Peter jerked back hitting his side on the table, his face lost all it's color and all he could feel was fear and panic. His heartbeat was thumping in his ears. Toomes told him. Toomes told him he was Spider-Man or he figured it out on his own.

The group grew concerned and flash raised his voice, flash, kinda defending Peter? Wow. "What did you say to him?! Back away dude before I call the cops."

The man pointed the gun towards Flash
"You won't be calling anyone, any time soon." Peter jumped out of the mans hold using his super strength and pushing his own fear and panic away to focus on his friends.

"NO!" Peter grabbed the mans arm and twisting it, the man yelled and Peter pushed him to the floor, he quickly placed his foot on the older mans back and pushed down hard still holding his arm. He tried his best to restrain him, his team watching in shock.

The man flipped over and kicked Peter to the ground, the two started wrestling on the ground. Peter glanced over to his friends.

"NED! CALL MR. STARK NOW!"

Ned quickly grabbed his phone out of his pocket and pushed Tony's number. He quickly put the phone on speaker.

Tony answered after the first ring "Hey kid, what's going on?"

The group all yelled at the same time panic clear in their voice. Peter in the back yelled as well.

"Ok ok woah, what's happening?!"

Ned took a deep breathe but made sure to be quick "some guy was following us, and apparently he's a bounty hunter and the bounty was put on Peter by Adrian Toomes! They're fighting right now and the guy has a gun, the whole decathlon team is here too!"

"I'm on my way."

Flash spoke up his eyes wider then ever "Tony Stark is coming here?!" Betty rolled her eyes.

"Flash! That is litterly the least important thing that's happening right now! Peter could litterly die he's fighting a bounty hunter for Christ sake!"

Flash gaped "OH right oh my god ok"
This time it was MJ's turn to roll her eyes.

They heard a gunshot and they all froze and looked over at the two. The man was on top of Peter and there was blood. Peter was on the ground holding his side, he quickly looked at the group.

"I-I'm ok!" he coughed and groaned still trying to fight back the man grinned again. "You're getting weaker by the second!"

MJ quickly stood up while the man was distracted. She glanced at the table near them and she quickly and quietly picked up the chair.

"We could both make this easier if you just came with me."

While the man was talking MJ stood behind him holding the chair above her head.

"He's not going anywhere with you!"

She hit him. She hit him hard over the head. He fell off of Peter and to his side unconscious. Peter looked over at MJ and smiled, he tried to sit up before falling back down in pain.

Abe stood up from the table "HE GOT SHOT OH MY GOD" the group rushed to Peter.

MJ quickly dropped to the ground near Peter "oh god, Peter-"

Peter held his hand up, that was covered in his blood to stop her. "MJ, guys I'll be fine, I promise"

Before anyone could say anything they heard the familiar sound of metallic suit landing on the concrete outside. The door was thrown open and THE Tony stark walked in, a group of police quickly followed behind him to collect the man on the floor.

"PETER!" Tony quickly walked over to him and saw the bullet wound.

Peter looked up at his mentor and smiled "hey Mr. Stark"

Flash quietly gasped at the sight of Tony "holy shit" he quietly whispered to himself.

Tony shook his head "Cho isn't gonna be happy about this one Pete, I mean this is the third time something like this has happened this week."

Peter sighed "I know, but hopefully she won't be too mad" Sally looked down at Peter and yelled "YOU'VE BEEN SHOT BEFORE?!"

Peter shrugged like it was no big deal "I mean, yeah" Tony rolled his eyes at his kid and cleared his throat to gain their attention. "Alright well, this was fun. But I gotta take Peter now and fix this whole bounty mess."

Tony carefully helped Peter up from the floor and helped support his weight. They walked towards the door but before they left Peter gave Ned a look. Ned stared back and nodded, it was like they had a whole conversation with their eyes in that short amount of time.

Then Peter left with Tony. The group looked around at each other and stood in shocked silence until Sally spoke up.

"Ned. Has Peter told you he's been shot before?"

Ned nodded "yeah he's been shot plenty of times, I mean it's pretty unavoidable when you're Spider-Man"

Flashed looked at Ned and he looked as if he'd pass out in the next five seconds

"HE'S WHAT!?"

aw ayayay this was so fun to wirte!!! I love the idea of flash having a redemption arc and the whole decathlon team becoming friends :) well that's the end of The Bounty one-shot series! I hope you guys liked it!
