Tony and Peter walked into the private elevator from the garage, Tony had picked up Peter from school today instead of Happy which Peter was thrilled about. They made their way up until the elevator stopped on the training grounds and Steve walked in, he smiled at the two and stood next to Peter.
"Hi pops!" Peter beamed up at him and steve smiled wider "hey bear, how was school?"
Peter shrugged "It was pretty boring but ok" Steve nodded, he looked up at Tony and gave him a loving smile which he returned.
"Are you two heading to the lab?" Before Tony could answer Peter did. "Yeah! Dad said we could work on my project today! And we could work on upgrades and-" Tony smiled while he watched his son ramble excitedly, Steve smiled too.
One thing about Peter is once he starts rambling he doesn't stop for awhile or until something comes up and interrupts him, he also moves around a lot without knowing since he does have a hard time sitting still, he'll move closer to people while talking without even realizing he's doing it, a lot of people just learned how to deal with it or just tell him, when he does realize what he's doing he apologizes profusely.
That's what he was doing now in the small elevator, without realizing it he was moving closer to Steve while rambling. Steve hated interrupting his son when he was excited but he was starting to feel claustrophobic.
Steve looked at Peter "hey bud, could you not stand so close? You're making me feel claustrophobic"
Peter looked up at him, confusion taking over his features "what does 'claustrophobic' mean?"
Tony chuckled "it means he's afraid of Santa Claus" Peter looked over at Tony
Looking even more confused.
Steve scoffed and looked at Tony "no, it doesn't!-"
Peter looked up at Steve before he spoke "ho ho ho" Tony laughed so hard he had to lean against the wall. Steve stood there a little shocked. Tony spoke between his laughter "stop it Pete you're scaring him!"
