Teaching Peter to walk was one of Tony's favorite things, he'd watch Peter stumble around till he fell and he'd get right back up again. Tony made sure he was patient with the 12 month old and he praised him with each step he made. Tony still thinks about the giant smile he had on his face when Peter took 3 steps towards Tony before falling right into his fathers arms, because Tony would always catch him. He'd always catch him no matter what.

When Thanos left Titan everyone was left dumbstruck, they almost had him. Then when everyone had started to turn to ash right where they stood is when Tony started freaking out. He watched as each person's ashes drifted away. Tony could hear his heart beating in his ears.
"Dad? I don’t feel so good…"
No. Not him. Please not him.
Tony turned, a look of horror on his face when he saw his son. "You're all right.."
"I don't... I don't know what's happening. I don't know-"
Then Peter took 3 steps towards Tony before falling right into his fathers arms. Tony caught him and held him tightly, because Tony would always catch him. He'd always catch him no matter what.
Tony held Peter, sitting on the ground while he cried "I don’t want to go. I don’t want to go, Dad. Please. Please, I don’t want to go. I don’t want to go."
He didn't know what to do, what to say, Tony was watching his own son turn to ash in his arms and he was helpless, he placed his hand softly on Peter's cheek and wiped away a tear, Peter weakly grabbed his wrist and looked at Tony.
"I’m sorry."
I'm sorry. I'm so sorry kid.
