Tony and Peters song

Hey guys, sorry if this sucks I really tried lol but ya the song is California dreamin I really like the song and it kinda reminded me of Peter and Tony so ya, enjoy ig this is lowkey an au or something sorry if none of it is accurate

"Hey Mr. Stark!" Peter called when he walked into Tonys lab, a smile instantly bloomed on Tonys face "hey pete, how was school?" Peter sat down at a desk to start his Homework "it was good, I got my chem test back from last week and I got an A!" Tony turned to look at Peter and he smiled "nice job bud, I'm proud of you" Peter smiled "thanks Mr. Stark"

After Peter finished his homework he started working on a project with Mr. Stark. "Friday" Mr Stark sat back and looked over their work "play some music and turn it up to..." He glanced at Peter and back at the project, he didn't want it to be too loud for him "10" Friday responded and played a song that the pair knew very well. Peter laughed when Mr. Stark started dancing like an idiot. Peter stopped working on the project and watched Mr. Stark while laughing. Tony smiled "what you too cool to dance with me?" Peter laughed and rolled his eyes. Peter stood up and Tony and him danced around the lab while singing to the song. 'If I didn't tell her I could leave today California dreamin' on such a winters day' the song ended and the two laughed and got back to work.

"Mr. Stark.. I don't wanna go.. Please sir.. I don't wanna go.... I'm sorry.." Where the last words Peter had said before he dusted away in Tonys arms. He sat there in shock, his kid is gone. He's gone. I let him go. Tony clenched his hands with what remained of Peter. The ashs sat in his hand. Tony stood up and looked at the others,  pain in his eyes.

The two groups who helped to fight Thanos met up. Steve walked straight towards Tony. His eyes searching for Peter. He stopped in front of Tony a few seconds passed until one of them spoke "I.. I lost the kid." Steve saw the pain in Tonys eyes, he saw the tears that were threatening to come out. They got to their ride and all sat in silence. The radio was on and a song came on. A song Tony knew well. It was their song. His and Peters. 'All the leaves are brown and the sky is gray' Tony stared at the radio finally tears came rushing down his face as he silently sobbed. The realization that his kid was gone for good hit him like a train. 'I've been for a walk on a winters day' Steve looked over at Tony, he knew what the song meant to Tony, he reached over to turn it off until Tony stopped him "l.. Leave it on.. Please.." Steve stared at Tony before he put his hand down. Tony listened to the song thinking of Peter. Thinking of how they'd dance around the lab, how they sang even though they sounded bad, Tony liked hearing Peter sing, he was a decent singer, it was his favorite moments, Tony and his kid. Tony and his son.

"Mr. Stark.. It's me.. Peter. You did it sir! You did it! We won!. .. I'm sorry Tony" Peters eyes burned. His mentor sat in front of him dying. Rhodey put his hand on Peters shoulder and guided him away from Tony. Peter fell in his arms quietly sobbing but still watching Tony, Rhodey was surprised but welcomed the teenager and wrapped his arms around him. Peter could hear Tonys heartbeat slowing down with his Inhanced hearing. He watched pepper say goodbye. Then he was gone. Mr. Stark was gone. Peter stared at him, he stared at Tonys limp body. "Hey Pete breathe, you gotta breathe it's gonna.. It's gonna be ok, breathe" Peter hadn't noticed he was holding his breath, he tried to control his breathing more tears spilled down his face as he shook in Rhodey's arms. Not again. He lost him too. He lost Tony. Pepper walked over to Peter and nodded at rhodey. He let Peter go and pepper took him in her arms "it's gonna be ok hun.." Peter was able to get really close with Pepper. When Tony wasn't there or couldn't be Pepper was. She hugged him and they both cried. They were on their way back. Peter sat next to pepper. They were all silent. Music was playing quietly. Peter recognized the song playing 'All the leaves are brown and the sky is gray' Peters heart sunk tears built up in his eyes. 'I've been for a walk on a winters day' pepper put her arm around Peter she whispered to him "it's gonna be alright hun, it's ok.." Peter silently sobbed as the song played. The memories of Tony and him dancing and singing. Peter would have never admitted it but he loved dancing with Tony. It was fun.

"Hey Peter!" Morgan called when she walked into into Peters lab, a smile instantly bloomed on Peters face "hey Morgan, how was school?" She sat down at a desk to start her Homework "it was good, I got my math test back from last week and I got an B!" Peter turned to look at her and he smiled "nice job Morgan, I'm proud of you" Morgan smiled "thanks pete"

They decided to work on old suit Tony had scrapped a long time ago. Peter was focused on the work he didn't hear Morgan ask Friday to turn some music on until he heard the first lyric 'all the leaves are brown and the sky is gray' He smiled and mumbled the lyrics. Morgan looked at him and smiled "Mom told me this was yours and daddy's song" Peter sat up and looked at her, he nodded and laughed a bit "yeah, it was. Whenever it came on he would dance around and he looked ridiculous" Peter laughed and tried to hold back tears. Morgan grabbed his hand and pulled him away from the desk and started dancing. Peter laughed his hand still holding onto Morgans. Peter danced with her, they both laughed and they both smiled. Pepper was watching at the door, she had a smile on her face, her kids where happy and she was. They were gonna be ok.
