Two weeks later...
The first day of school. What can you say? It can either be the best or worst day ever. For me? It's the WORST. I have no friends and everyone is so utterly boring I feel like I'm silently choking to death. Everyone here is the same... At least I think they are. No one here actually engages in conversation so how would you know? At lunch, I approached the line to grab my so-called meal. It looks like a gooey green substance that makes my stomach turn at the sight of it. I never eat it but we have to take it otherwise they will literally force feed it to you. I plant myself on the floor out of sight from everyone and take out my magic book. It is ever so small, no one would ever notice it is a magic book, it looks more like a diary. As I reread spells that I already knew, a girl ever so familiar walks abruptly past me. She has long black hair with beautiful blue eyes. She kind of reminds me of, well, me. I get up from the ground and gather up my things, leaving my lunch tray on the floor, and follow her in the direction that she is going. I stop quickly to realise that she is going into the unused classroom. The school had closed it off because someone was illegally tinkering with magic. I didn't know who it was obviously, because it happened before I moved here.

After I broke out of my trance, I opened the door and walked in. She hadn't seen me yet, but I guess I'm glad she didn't.
"H-hello, what are you doing in here?" I questioned.

"You need to leave, now!"

"Wait, no. I want to stay."

"You don't understand. You can't!" she exclaimed.

"Are you practising Belamimia to?" I looked at her puzzled. Belamimia is the spell of healing plants and nature on big scales, sometimes even used on humans. I've never been able to conquer it, but I've only been trying for a short period of time.

"Wait. How do you know what that is? Are you a spy?!"

"What no, no. I am the Althea Gargoyle, My speciality is h-"

"Healing, yes I know."

"Yes, I moved from Galapanda , home of magic," I explained to her carefully, worried I had already said too much.

"I did too, I am the Ambrose zinc, or you can just call me Coraline avatar."

"As in THE avatar, your mother and father are the leaders of-"

"The MGK- magical Galapandian Kingdom."

We engage in conversation for the rest of lunch about why she is here and when she got here. She told me that she had to 'disappear' after the protesters of magic came looking for her and her parents. She moved here because magic is banned, so they wouldn't suspect her, she plans to move back to Galapanda once the heat dies down. I knew exactly what I had to do.
