She got off the bed when she couldn't fall asleep anymore....she looked at herself in the mirror her dress was changed into one of her satin short night dress.
"Sidharth" she mumbled smiling
Slipping on her slippers she Walked towards the kitchen. He had his back to her his arms out chopping something on the kitchen island. She walked forward and wrapped her arms around his waist resting her head on his hard back.
He turned to look at her. She looked scared. He held her up by her waist and made her sit on the kitchen counter and hugged her. She hugged him back wrapping her legs and arms around him.

"Why you came baby , I was just coming" he said kissing on her head.

"I wanted to see you" she replied kissing on his neck. His body tensed up immediately

"There are so many guards around this penthouse so don't worry we're safe now"

"I'm always safe in your arms" she replied smiling and broke the hug

"Are you hungry?"

"I'm starving" she replied rubbing her tummy
He chuckled slightly

"It's cheese sandwich for my love" he replied preparing sandwiches

"Umm I love them already" she smiled

"I missed this house , our house" she smiled walking out of kitchen.

"It's still the same" he said looking at her

"How I wish we both could live here forever" she said sinking her body on the sofa

"Oh well we can if you want" he said appreciating her idea

"Then they'll say I took you away from your family" she shaked her head in disbelief

"Sana" he looked serious

"Hmm"

"There's something I need to confess" her heart jumped

"Yes.." she looked at him

"Umm eat up first freshen up then we will talk ok?" Saying so he went back to the kitchen and brought tray of sandwiches and juice and coffee for him.

"Um hm enough" she said leaning on his shoulder refusing the next bite of sandwich

"Are you feeling better now?" He rubbed her arm gently

"Yeah whats that you wanted to tell" she asked

"Why don't you take a shower first then we can talk" he asked brushing off hair from her face

"No tell me now" she replied interwining her fingers with his

"The attack last night... wasn't a chance encounter it was Planned"

"What do you mean ? Why would someone do that?" She asked looking at him perplexed

"It was planned...by Rehan" her hands flew to her mouth the iv needles still in her veins making it hurt a bit

"Rehan? Why would he do that? What did I ever do to him?" She asked shaking

"Because you're my wife and he can't bear our closeness, it's all facade sana that bastard is a good actor, he's a bad news baby his father is the president of opposition party so they have personal enmity with us "
