Dear Dimitri,
Yes. It was a joke. Kind of. I make those all the time. Half the time I'm not even serious.
Good news! Aunt Sue won custody! I move in with her today. (I had been staying at a foster home- hated every minute there). The guidance counselor wasn't much help AT ALL! Basically said the same thing the principal did. That my middle school bullies are trying to be my 'friend' and I won't 'open up and make friends', so it's my fault. He somehow turned it around on me.
Once I get settled in with Aunt Sue and Uncle James, I'm going to try and switch to online homeschooling. How was your Thanksgiving? Since I missed it with them, my aunt and uncle are going to have another one after I move in. They're gonna make my favorite (baked macaroni and cheese) and we're going to watch A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving with my cousins.
It's going to be so fun living with my cousins now. We always have fun whenever we see each other. They're the closest thing I have to brothers and sisters. Since you're going to meet them someday, let me introduce:
-Lydia (the oldest, 17)
-Henry and Oscar (the middle [twins], 11)
-Madeline (the baby, 5)
