DIMITRI
November 15th
Dear D,
I could never be disappointed in you. I am so proud of you. You are the strongest person I know, Delia. Standing strong despite everything that's been thrown at you. You inspire me, even. (Cheesy, I know). I've been praying for you every night. I pray that whatever demons and fears living within you disappear soon. I pray for peace within yourself.
You'll never believe this, but Simon and Dennis are getting along. Yes, you read that right. They're practically best friends now. I caught them taking a nap together in Dennis' room yesterday. Traitor. Dennis is slowly stealing Simon away from me, and I've never been so jealous.
Another update on my life: My mom has a new boyfriend. His name is Mitchell. They met at work. They've been dating for a few weeks now. She doesn't want to make it official yet (out of fear, I guess), but I can tell she really likes this guy. Whenever she talks about him, she can't help but smile. I haven't seen my mom smile in a long time.
Not since my dad...
Love, Dimitri
