Dear D,
No, you are not being crazy. I'm not saying Aaron shouldn't like other girls' pics on Instagram, but he is full on stalking her page and spamming her with likes and taking screenshots of her. What does he need those photos for??? You had every right to call him out on it. I know how much you like Aaron, so I think you should sit down and talk to him and figure out how you're going to handle it.
Alison came over today. She's been at my house every day since Uncle James passed away. She brings me cookies. Homemade and double stuffed Oreos. She's so sweet and caring. No one in my family has checked on us. My heart has been hurting for such a long time, and she makes it not hurt. I think Alison's the real deal, but I can't tell if she likes me back or if it's just dumb hope she's into girls, too.
You would love the treehouse. It's amazing. I've been sleeping in it every night. I'm actually sitting in it right now writing you this letter. I'm hoping it'll help the twins to see me in here. They almost came in last night, but quickly changed their minds. Hopefully one day they'll be able to play in here without only thinking of their dead father. At least not in vain.
I'm glad I have a whole summer before going back junior year. I can't believe we're juniors. We've been pen pals for almost 3 years now. Crazy how time flies and how much closer we've gotten. We've learned so much about each other.
You're my best friend, Dimitri Smalls.
Love, Delia
