Dear Dimitri,
DIAMOND AND RILEY ARE ENGAGED?! OMG TELL THEM I SAID CONGRATS! I'm so happy for them! I always knew something was gonna happen. I have to get her the perfect gift. Of course I wanna be a bridesmaid with you. I've never been in a wedding before.

I've been with my family at their cabin in Montana for the past week. I didn't even know they had one. We decorated the house, too, and even built snowmans outside. Madeline and I baked over 50 cookies yesterday. Well, baked and burnt some. At least it made the cabin smell good.

I never knew I could be so happy. It won't last; I'll have to go back to school eventually. We have to wait for some confirmation email from the school before I switch to homeschooling, but I should be able to by the new year.

Are you doing anything for Christmas? Is your mom throwing another awesome party?
