Dear D,
I came out to my family yesterday morning over breakfast. They were so supportive and took me out for ice cream. If my dad ever found out, I'd swear he'd kill me. Do you know how hard it was growing up, having to watch everything I say, afraid that if my dad ever knew it could ruin my life? I wonder how my mom would react.

Is Aaron's older brother Spencer cute? Because Spencer is such a cute name. If I ever had kids, I'd name my son that. Seems like you and Aaron are ready to get married, having met the family and all. Speaking of, did you and your beau do anything special for Valentine's Day? Lydia and I ate our weight in chocolate and watched Legally Blonde.

I don't even care about suing the school. I just can't wait for high school to be over. It's been weird homeschooling. I got a new desk for my room so I'm not stuck in my bed all day. My aunt and uncle were pissed when I finally told them what those kids had been saying to me. They might sue (on my behalf) but I told them not to.

I'm out of that school. That's good enough for me. There's only one person I still talk to. My friend Alison I told you about from my math class. We hang out every weekend and talk all the time. If I'm being honest, I think I'm starting to crush on her...

Alison's just perfect! She's beautiful and so kind and she cares about my opinions and what I think. She never interrupts me; she always lets me finish a sentence. She's funny and makes puns. SHE! MAKES! PUNS! Is that not fate or what?

Will you be my maid of honor at our wedding?
