Theo POV
“So what’s so important that we had to talk in private, my boy?” My Uncle asked me as I closed his office door behind me.
“I want you to stop watching my girls every move. She’s suppose to be enjoying herself but your only scaring her.”
“Your girl, huh?” My Uncle snarled in disgust, “it’s sounds to me like your falling for that woman. I figured you only wanted to fool around with her, that's the only reason I agreed in helping you capture that girl so you can get a blood sample for me and you could have your fun but falling in love with her? Don’t be ridiculous, son! She is a demon! A monster of destruction!”
I balled my fist up, gritting my teeth, “don’t say that about her! She isn’t a monster! I won’t stand here and listen to you disrespect the woman I love! She will grow to love me and soon after that we will create a happy family together whether you like it or not!”
My Uncle Hamlin's face grew sickly pale, “have you grown bad?! Do you have any idea of what she is capable of doing?!” He swiped his hand across the air like he was knocking something out of his way but soon after he took a deep breath to calm his nerves.
“Listen to me son, I’ve taught you that women are fragile, delicate toys to play with and there only purpose in life is to reproduce but this girl has gotten inside your head. Don’t you see, she’s tricking you! That girl is a weapon of destruction, nothing more then a tool! She’s a master at manipulating men and now you so carelessly have fallen under her spell just like the rest of those fools!”
“She isn’t like that! She’s different from other women and I don’t care if she’s nothing more then a tool to you! I love her!” I yelled at the top of my lungs, trying to erase his words from my head.
My Uncle let out a deep sigh, “look, I understand if you want more with a woman and that’s fine but it can’t be with her. That girl will only bring misfortune to us all. She’s dangerous to me-I mean to us, to the whole world. Don’t you see, a girl like her is to dangerous to let live besides, there are plenty of women out there far more beautiful then her.”
“Stop talking! Do you even hear yourself!? You sound like a coward!” My mouth clamped shut and my body tensed up when I sensed another presence not far from us.
“This is a very intriguing conversation. Please, don’t stop on my behalf.” A deep laughing voice came from the window. My eyes sharpened dangerously, “Doflamingo. .” I quickly took a defensive stance, “how much did your hear, you bastard?!” I growled in anger and he just laughed, sitting down on the window seal.
“None of it, all of it. It doesn’t matter what I say. You won’t believe me anyways.” He said casually as the smile on his face widen.
“What is it you want?” My Uncle asked with irritation but I could sense his relief.
“The girl you brought along with you Theo, I couldn’t help but notice the binding shackle around her wrist. It’s disguised as a beautiful bracelet but it’s still no different then the collar around a slave's neck.” He laughed menacingly, “it's quite ironic, a man of justice having his own slave.”
I narrowed my eyes at him in a deadly manner, “what is it you want?”
“How much?” He asked me as he licked his lips.
“For the bracelet? You have to ask Hamlin. He created it-"
“No, not the bracelet for the girl. How much for the girl wearing the bracelet.” Doflamingo asked, wearing a sinister smile.
My body froze in shock, “what did you just ask me?” My voice was nothing more than a faint whisper.
“I said-"
“I heard what you said, you asshole! I was just giving you a chance to change your ridiculous request! The girls not for sale because she isn’t a slave to begin with, now scram before I decided to beat the living day light out of you!” I growled through my teeth, holding myself back from pouncing on him.
“Oh? So are you telling me she's fair gain? Interesting. .” he pulled Fae’s bracelet out of his pocket and the air in my lungs evaporated. “Forcing that poor girl to stay near you even though she isn’t a slave, how cruel.” He shook his finger side to side to patronize me. “How far the justice system as fallen.” He laughed condescendingly, throwing the bracelet at my feet.
“What have you done to her?!” I yelled, teleporting in front of him as I took my blade out, slinging him in half but he was nothing more then strings.
A clone. “Damn, should have known.” I whispered as I griped the blade in my hand tight.Doflamingo’s fallen half began to laugh on the cold hard ground, “I didn’t do anything to her. She took it off of her own accord but I decided I had to distract you long enough so you wouldn’t spoil the fun.”
He smiled cruelly, “just think of the worse possible scenario of a girl standing up to a World Noble on what she believes is right. I mean if you saw someone harming another person what would you do? Would you kneel like the rest of the flock, turning a blind eye or would you help a man in dire need of help?” I could feel the blood drain from my face and at the corner of my eye I could see the shock on my Uncle’s face turn into a barbaric smile. I took off running out the office room and I could heard Doflamingo’s laughter growing louder and louder as I ran down the hall to the ball room as fast as I could.
