Emma's POV:

Its the beginning of the month of March. Our spring term is about to get over in 13 days or so. I can't wait to get out of here and go back to the states. I just can't wait to be in my mother's embrace. Jeremy still hasn't talked to me and it's almost been two weeks now. A week since the parking lot incident.  

I haven't told anyone what happened because I am embarrassed. It seems like I was desperate to get back with him.

Today, the girls are coming over for a slumber party. And I am sticking up.on food and ice cream and movies.

It's eight in the evening when they come over. We talk about Jules and Sean's relationship that has made progress and so has Isaac and Bella's relationship.

"So Ver what is your relationship status?" Jules asks and wiggles her eyebrows.

"Single and happy" she says and pretends to not see Jules's actions.

"Aw.. what about the girl from the party? What was her name?" Jules says and pouts. Tries very hard to remember the name.

"Samara?" I provide her and Ver gives me a really hard glare. I just give her an innocent smile.

"Samara! What about her? You'll seemed pretty cozy" Jules points.

"I.. like her but shee doesn't like me back" Ver mumbles.

"Are you kidding me? The girl is head over heals for you" Jules says.

"Really?" Ver asks, her question directed to me.

"Yeah! Duh! Did you see the way she was looking at you." I say the truth.

"Well, it doesn't matter. I am never gonna find her" she says.

"You never know" Jules giggles and winks at her. There is a mischievous glint in her eye but before I can ask her, Bella starts talking to me.

"What about you Emma? Did you talk to Jeremy?" She asks me.

"No ,I haven't gotten the time" I mumble and look down at the bag of chips.

"Emma! You know better then that to lie now. Now spit it out" Jules says in her no non sense attitude.

So, I tell them what happened. The very details of what happened and to say they are pissed is an understatement. I can literally smoke coming out of their ears.

"That bastard! Who does he think he is?" Jules says.

" I know right! He is so stupid" Ver grumbles.

"Why are men so stupid?" Bella asks to no one particular.

"Heeyyy! Jeremy is not stupid" I defend Jeremy for some reason.

"Why is Emma so stupid?" This time Ver says that.

"Heere you are defending him. Girl!! Forget about him. Find someone else. Carter isn't a bad choice" Jules suggests.

"Easier said then done!" I mumble. I start feeling really sad all over again. I miss Jeremy but I have tried to be as far away from him as possible. I don't want to intrude. It is really difficult but I don't want him to think of me like that. He still hasn't apologised to me but my heart doesn't understand. My body craves for him, I want to be around him but I can't.  I shake my head to get rid off the thoughts.
