But it was going so perfectly.

Can you believe it? I'm already a sophmore in college.

Things are going great! My grades are A's and B's and I'm learning a lot! I miss everyone so much. I chose a college in Virginia so I'm not too far, but I'm far enough. Indra's back home in Romania doing whatever it is he does. It's been a while since I've seen him.

Amber is a freshman in college. We talk all the time, facetime, texting, calls. Same with Mama, Ezra and everyone else.

I'm really happy where I am now.

I entered my dorm room. I don't have a roommate. Just neighbors. One guy I'm kind of friends with, but more or less I'm on my own and I'm fine with that.

"What's that called class? Anterograde amnesia. Being unable to make memories after a trauma. If you get confused think of the A's; anterograde, after." Professor said the next day of class.

"Now retrograde is the opposite; being unable to recall memories leading up to the trauma."

I love my psychology classes. I think I do too well in them. If that's possible. They're so easy!

I normally sit in the front of the class. I want to hear everything.

Professor was really interactive with us, not stiff or anything. It helped me absorb everything too.

When I got back to my dorm Cody, the neighbor friend, bounced in.

"Helloo, I'm here to announce I am throwing a party!" He said with a dramatic voice.

I laughed. Not ashamed to say hanging out with him makes me happy.

"Will it be loud?" I asked.

"Of course!" Cody answered. He was a peppy fella, always confident, and always flirting with people.

"I wanted to ask you if I could put the drinks in here."

"Drinks?" I crossed my arms. "Why can't you keep them?"

"Because I only have the space for one or the other."

"I'm the jackass who gets caught. You can put the food in here, leave the drinks in your room." Guess I'm holding a party too.

"Fine." He held up his hands. "Just the food."

"Thanks bro, the party's on Friday, k see ya bye!" He spoke quickly as he ran out. Good grief.

My laptop started ringing. I looked at it. Indra's name and face popped up. Ooh. I sat at the counter and answered the call.

"Hey." We said.

"What's going on?" I asked.

"Nothing just wanted to see you." He answered. From his background I could see that he was outside. It looked like there was part of a house behind him.

"Aw." I said.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"About to do some homework. Makes me miss highschool." I pulled out my notebook and a pen and put them beside the laptop. Indra chuckled and I smiled.

"How are your classes going?" He asked.

"Good! I'm still keeping my grades up." I answered. I cheered, "two more years then I'm home free!"

"Yeah!" He got hype with me. I totally ignored the "make you my husband" part, but oh well. I'm not unready, I'd just rather focus on the present.

"What about you? Is Romania treating you well?" I asked.
