Daniel and Jonah helped Corbyn sit down on the couch and i took a seat next to him as he calmed himself.

"Someone needs to explain what just happened" Jack stated as everyone took a spot in the living room.

"We were on our way here and i started to feel the effects of the Wolfsbane, and found it in Evie's bag, thats really it" Corbyn sighed.

"But i want to know why you had it" Corbyn turned his attention to me.

"I didn't even know what Wolfsbane was untill now" i said "especially how it got into my bag, maybe it was Emma."

"Emma?" Jonah asked.

"She showed up at my school today, i dont know why, i think it was purely just to threaten me" i grabbed my arms.

"Well if she was at the school then they have to be pretty damn confident, and have some sort of plan" Gabbie said.

"How did you destroy the Wolfsbane?" I asked and everyone gave me an odd look.

"What? Im curious" i raised my hands in defense.

"I basically disintegrated it" she said and i gave her a wide eyed look.

"With magic" she deadpanned like it was obvious and lifted up a stick.

Not an ordinary one, it was specially designed and had a clear handle on it.

"You have a wand, i didn't know if a witch needed one, there are so many different ways of depicting witches" i said.

"Well Harry Potter got it right, the wands, but the spells are made up" Gabbie said.

"Anyway, i love Harry Potter but we are here for a reason" Jonah spoke.

"Gabbie, you said you needed help with a situation of some sort?" Jack asked, and Gabbie sighed.

"Yes well, this may be a bit difficult to explain" Gabbie sat up straight.

"That bark that you found Evie, the bottle with your name on it and the bark inside" Gabbie said to me and i nodded.

"Well it actually connects to you, but not in a good way" Gabbie sighed "it blocks your powers, i have been doing so much research and its from a Pieray tree." (Pie-er-ay)

I didn't say anything, i simply nodded for her to continue.

"And i need more of it" she said and everyone looked at each other.

"I've been robbed, if thats a way to put it, someone took the bottle of bark and i need it" she continued.

"Why?" Corbyn asked.

"So Evie here doesn't destroy everything around her on her birthday" i fell silent at this.

"Her powers have been bottled up for twenty years and when their all released at once" Gabbie stood up "were in for a hell of a ride if she isn't contained."

I felt Corbyn's eyes burning into the side of my head but i didn't meet his gaze.

"How are we supposed to get more? How do you suppose we go about that?" Daniel asked.

"Well, there's a place we can go, basically, were taking a trip to an enchanted forest" Gabbie smiled.

Tate and i both stood up grinning like idiot's.

"Wait so like, fairies and goblins and other mythical creatures kind of thing?" Tate beamed.

"Well you have had your fair share of mythical creatures in your life already Tate" Jonah laughed.
